Chako Eglinton ( Full alcohol license)

Christmas night 2024 was the first time we went to this restaurant. The menu was really good and we choose the classic menu. The food quality was great and fresh. The staff were so professional and always welcomed us. They were super friendly with us and our orders were ready quickly. The price was reasonable and restaurant was clean.

Came here on Friday night with a reservation for 3. Must say the place is huge! Reservation probably isn’t needed unless you have a big party. The food was good, side dishes were yummy. Meat was good but you need quite alot of servings to fill up. I liked that the meat was marinated and extra sauces were at the table. I would recommend the beef (any cut, all tasted the same just varied by texture) with a dip in the table BBQ sauce with rice and radish. Unmatched combo. Problems: bathroom looked and smelled like somebody died. Horrendously dirty. But, the food made up for it. Meat quality is good for an all you can eat, but not on the level of Dalgonae.

My experience here was splendid and great. We were greeted with an employee and prompt us on our dining area. To get to the menu there’s a QR code on the side of the table and ordered all that is needed. The food selection is a lot ranging from vegetable, various meats and seafood. There’s side dish as well to complete the meal. We ordered mainly beef dishes throughout our stay and it was fantastic. Highly recommend to get the short ribs beef, this is my favourite to grab here. My only downside is that the grill is electric I wished it would have been a flame. It doesn’t taste the same as the other chako that I’ve visited. Our server is top notch as he was very attentive and always around to grab our empty plates and as well the food arrived quickly. Overall highly satisfied with the experience and great costumer service. Will be back again when I’m in a mood for an AYCE!

We enjoyed our dining experience at Chako Eglinton! Greeted by the Manager at the entrance, we were shown to our booth (we made a reservation) and given a beverage menu to order drinks. They have a wide variety to choose from - alcoholic to nonalcoholic, bubble teas, sodas etc. After scanning the QR Code on the receipt, a digital menu appears on your phone (of the stores website) and from there you can order 60 food options for $40. For $60 you have 75 food options. Sticking with the smaller menu, Hubby opted for Shrimp, short-eye ribs, regular ribs, chicken, salmon, and lamb. I had the cucumber roll with lettuce, sweet potato fries, chicken wings and regular chicken. Everything was delicious! Our server was very attentive to our details - quickly removing plates, changing our grill and refilling our beverages. He also took the time to chat with us a little which was very welcoming and appreciated. The ambiance of Chako is chic. The music was perfect (not too loud) and festive which encouraged conversation and head-bopping while waiting a very short time for our food! The energy and vibe from all of the patrons was positive! Outside there is ample free parking and the restaurant is accessible! Children can eat most of the items on the menu … I suggest ages 8 and up! We had a great time!

My recent visit to Chako left me utterly impressed! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff were incredibly attentive. The selection of meats was top-notch, with each cut being fresh and flavorful. The DIY grilling at the table added a fun and interactive element to the dining experience. The side dishes were plentiful and delicious, complementing the meats perfectly. The service was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere made for an unforgettable evening. I loved all the new deep fried options and chicken wings!!!!!

First time trying after hearing about this location. A wonderful Family Day Birthday lunch! Great space for our large group, and so many fun drink choices and the meat was AAA perfect! Sashimi was so fresh and generous and our server was great. The best part was the surprise birthday song with the mango pudding fish (just let them know you're having a celebration when you reserve)! Will definitely come back 💜

Great selection in the classic menu! All the regular meats as well as alcohol and a deep fried selection. The Blue Hawai is great and the spicy chicken wings were delicious. The staff was very attentive. Definitely will be back
