Masumi our server was very energetic and very accommodating! Best service. Food was tasty! Overall experience was indeed 5 star. They make my mom’s birthday very memorable, with a personalized printed photo and cake with candle. Love it!

Had a great time today at Mandarin but the food was satisfactory nothing like how it was years ago. However our server Hafees was very nice and professional he made our visit worthwhile! Excellent server. Will try again on another day.

Our server Sue was really nice and worked hard for all clients in her area of service. Sue was very friendly and patient to the clients. Provide tea and napkins for us in a timely manner. Thank you Sue for your service, you made our gathering very comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience at Mandarin Restaurant! The variety of food is incredible, and the service was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Veer at the grill section. He cooked my steak to perfection and was so friendly throughout. His attention to detail and warm demeanor really stood out. I'll definitely be coming back for both the great food and the amazing service

I recently dined at the Mandarin Restaurant in Scarborough, and it was a delightful experience. This place has such a nice atmosphere and I love all of the decor. The service was very fast and our server, Masumi, was the sweetest and most attentive server ever! She has amazing customer service and people skills. She gave us warm towels before and after our meals and I really appreciated that. The food itself is pretty mid but there are definitely some food options that are worth eating lots of, like the prime rib and other meat dishes. I've never been to Mandarin before but I'd definitely come back just for the good vibes, atmosphere, and service. While the food is definitely not worth the ~$50 per person, this is still a nice place to eat at with a group of people for sure.
