I went to a restaurant for dinner with my friend. The lady waitress didn't give us a machine to pay. She forced us to TIP 15% at least, no one does that. Tips in Canada are voluntary, depends on the situation, what if they don't serve well and the food isn't delicious but still force customers to tip????

Ordered 4 dishes to takeout and ended up waiting for about 2 hours. The waitresses were extremely unskilled, the division of labor was confusing, and the food was mediocre, will never come back!

Overall it was a good experience. Service is good too. I like the rib stew very much. Big portion we could not finish it all. The two stir fry are a bit too oily. Corn bread is OK. Cold dish is tasty. For sure will visit next time trying other dishes.

We went for dinner on Wednesday night. First of all, there is no brief introduction about their combo promotion while we seated, until we asked. Second, there is no water served for at least 10mins after I asked once. The server only gave us pops from the combo, and there is no water. After I asked the second time, the server talked back on me said, the pops are the water from the combo. I was wondering if he understood what is the difference between water and pops. There is no apologies and any emotions that means their service are not good enough. Third, we ordered the green bean park rib pot, when the pot is coming, sever didn’t turn on the stove to start to cook, and we ordered the corn pan cake, and they said they don’t have enough dough and instead of the pre make ones. The corn pan cake is the special for the dishes and it’s 6:30pm and ran out of the stock, I can’t belle how they prepare for open. There is nobody checking our pot and every single time we need to yell a waiter for checking the pot. The last and most important part, the green bean pork rib pot there is NO green bean at all! Like the pot in picture! I asked the waiter, why there is no green beans in my pot? She just shrug and turn around. There is no apologies or any made up about this situation. I am very upset about the service we got in last Wednesday night! I am not recommending this restaurant at all! NO SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE! This restaurant doesn’t deserve any tips!

We ordered via App. Food is very tasty,. Suggestion on better packaging due to the soup item was spilled and we lost half of the soup.

Best northern Chinese food so far I had in Canada. The food might be a bit salty for some people, but I personally love salty food. If you don't, you can let them know go easy on salt.
