Wingstop

Pretty good Wingstop location. Much better than the Mississauga Heartland location. The tenders were crispy. The garlic parm boneless wings got a tiny bit soggy by the time I got home (15 min drive). The corn is good but honestly I think I'd prefer getting fries next time because the flavors on the corn weren't mind-blowing. I swear the ranch in Canada is thinned out with water because when I go to wingstop in the US, it's better and it's more thick. But overall, pretty good spot!

There fast food chicken wings. The quality of the wings are good but the flavours are hit or miss. Some of them are overly salty. I’d say the price is a little bit too high but it’s not terrible. I would definitely recommend the Mango Habenero flavour if you get some wings. The Mango Habenero was spicy enough to give me a kick in my mouth but not spicy enough to leave lingering hotness. A very well dialed in flavour

The food was amazing and so was the staff. They had so many great flavours to choose from and the wings were quick and Krispy. Sneha was so friendly and knolidgable. I would for sure come back here with friends and family.

Seeing as this Oakville location is brand new the restaurant itself is nice, small for dine in, but nice and new. Besides that I have no positives, we waited probably 20 mins and there was only 1 other order infront of us waiting. We get home and I ordered lemon pepper fries and strips and there isn’t any lemon pepper on them, and on top of that they are just laying in oil.. in my to go box like they didn’t strain the tenders at all? Very gross and plus makes the strips soggy. The photos shows how disappointing this was and how little lemon pepper there is. Even though this location is closer to my house, I will continue to drive to the Mississauga location. I do not recommend going to this location at all. Waste of $20.

Honestly the most mid wing experience of my life forsure overhyped and if you’ve had good wings (or eaten at the American locations) before you know this isn’t it. We ordered garlic parm and hickory smoked bbq boneless wings, Cajun fries with the cheese sauce & bleu cheese. Garlic parm was like plain with a whisper of parm no garlic in sight and hickory smoked bbq was just sweet no hickory or smoke flavour at all. The cheese sauce tasted like melted velveeta, bleu cheese was extremely watery and fries were stone cold with no flavour. Considering it was packed and we waited 25 minutes which would be no problem if the food we were served was actually hot and fresh- I’m really disappointed. You could probably get better wings at a pizza joint, don’t waste your time or money here.

This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First off, the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there, and honestly, they acted like they didn’t want customers there either. I waited at the counter for **10 minutes** while the employees chatted among themselves, completely ignoring me. When I finally got someone’s attention, they didn’t even greet me—just stared like I was inconveniencing them for ordering food. After taking my order, the cashier barely spoke, mumbled something I couldn’t understand, and looked annoyed when I asked them to repeat it. The wait for my food was ridiculous—**20 minutes** at a fast food joint! I get it, things can get busy, but this place wasn’t even crowded. When my wings finally came out, the order was wrong, and the wings were barely warm. I brought it up politely, and they acted like it was my fault. The employee just shrugged and told me, "**We can’t fix it now, we’re too busy.**" No apology, no effort to make it right. The customer service was beyond terrible—zero professionalism, and everyone working there looked miserable. I’ve never seen a fast-food place where the employees cared so little. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back. If you value your time and even remotely decent service, stay far away from this place.

Giving 4 Starts only, because their ranch sauce container first appeared full, but it was less than half full, plus very watery sauce. No veggie sticks provided, they're selling veggies at a cost. Otherwise overall an ok experience, food was tasty, and we may come back to see if it improved. We usually go to their Mississauga location, it's a bit drive from Oakville, a long wait in the line but excellent service. Wing size, in my personal opinion, could improve a little, they're way too tiny for the price you pay. Not enough seating inside, so be prepared to eat in the car. Parking is fine, it's a plaza so you can park and walk. The staff was very friendly and the food packing was very professional.

Was finally able to try Wingstop. I had driven by a few times in the lineup was at the door. They won't take orders over the phone and they're online ordering isn't set up yet. I went today around 2:00 p.m. it wasn't too busy so the timing was good. Overall I'd say things were decent. Certainly not worth all the hype, but the wings were good. I think it's very dependent on finding a sauce that you like. My son had boneless wings and got two sauces, loved the honey garlic, didn't like the garlic Parmesan at all. We both got Cajun seasoning on our fries. It's a bit spicy. I guess we were thinking he would be more like Popeyes Cajun fries but in fact it's Cajun spice on the fries. The original wings are not breaded whereas the boneless ones are. I will have to try again to determine whether I prefer original or boneless. It's worth a try but there are definitely better wings available in the area.
