Very popular bakery it seems. Inside the store is a bakery selling baked goods, cakes, hot foods, and grocery items. Was able to try some of the pastries, pastas, fried chicken and other stuff. I ordered online and pick up process was a lil slow trying to flag someone down to get my order and prepare it. Parking can be packed at times. They have grocery carts as well.

I like the food they have a hot plate, which is nice to pick up food when you don’t feel like cooking. I wish there is a place in Burlington like that. You can even do little grocery shopping there. They have fresh baked breads, and the bakery section is very good. Everything is always fresh. Even there deli is fresh and taste better than any supermarket. It’s a very busy place. Only downfall is the parking sucks.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this bakery for several years and have always trusted their products. However, recent reviews on Google mentioning expired food raised concerns for me. Unfortunately, I now have my own experience to share. On December 14, 2024, I purchased two packs of egg tarts. I ate one pack the same day and stored the other in the fridge. A few days later, I discovered mold on the remaining egg tarts. Upon checking the packaging, I realized they were made on December 8 and had expired on December 13—before I even bought them. I returned to the store with the moldy product, and the service staff questioned why I hadn’t eaten it sooner. One staff member claimed that consuming it shortly after expiration would not have caused harm. I requested to speak with a manager to address this issue and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Initially, the staff resisted, but after insisting, a manager named “John” finally came out. Unfortunately, he dismissed the situation as merely “a mistake” and offered no further action or resolution. This experience was deeply disappointing, and it’s clear the staff didn’t take this issue seriously. I urge others to be cautious and carefully check the freshness of products from this store.

In my family, we love this place and go every week. The bread and pastries are super fresh, warm, and delish!! The tiramisu mini cake is quite good. Also love the NY style cheesecake, not too sweet, perfect tartness. Recently tried their red velvet and it was superb. Can’t go wrong with their sweets, cakes, danishes, doughnuts, etc. They also have an Italian hot bar. I think it’s fine - I think it’s better to buy the frozen lasagna and make it fresh at home. They have other pastas, perogies, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, that vibe. It’s also a grocery market. Really wide variety of ingredients, fresh produce, meat/fish, ethnic (european mostly) speciality ingredients, and house-made frozen meals. SUPER busy on weekends after 9am and lunch everyday. But it’s because they’re so loved!

This place has lots of great goodies but it is an absolute zoo. Very packed I was told to take a number to pick up a cake that was ready and paid for. Ten people in line ahead of me trying to decide on what they're going to get especially when our pickup window was during such a busy yime. Luckily a very nice employee at the bakery counter helped me when I explained the situation. Overall, they need to improve their service to customers in a way that doesn't require a significant wait for a prepaid pickup. Otherwise, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and they have so many goodies that I was in absolute heaven.

Not sure atmosphere applies but parking lot is always a little tight. Service everyone is pretty good but look at this. The date I posted this photo and the best before. This photo was taken before the best before but I forgot to post it. I’m sure they’d be glad to refund me but to drive there and complain not really worth the wasted time or food. Just be aware with photo and date as proof.

Wonderful Italian bakery and deli that sells everything. This includes fresh produce, cakes and pastries, many kinds of bread, and ready-to-eat foods. As expected, it gets busy, so there is limited parking.

Amazing bakery and grocery store. I love the bread 🥖 and pastries 🥐. Hot food is also good and reasonably priced. Prepared food to make at home is amazing and easy to cook. Finally, cold sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced. I visit this place weekly ♥️ Photo of my lunch today!
