The Jerk Marshall Jamaican Grill is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Jamaican food! The flavors are bold, rich, and absolutely delicious. From the perfectly spiced jerk chicken to the flavorful oxtail, every dish I’ve tried has been outstanding. The portions are generous, and the food always comes out fresh and hot. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is friendly, making sure every customer feels like family. If you’re craving real Jamaican cuisine, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

I'm in love with their brown stew chicken, so much so that I never had anything else. But the other day I found out they don't have brown stew on Thursdays so we tried their roti's. Mine was jerk chicken and my wife had the curry chicken roti. Exceptional as well. Apparently I once gave this restaurant 1 star. It's now my favorite Carribean restaurant anywhere.

Great tasting food I was given more bones then actual goat . I went in to a female staff who was nothing but rude , she should definitely be kept in the back and not out in public due to the lack of people skills she has. There was chicken bones on the floor infront of the garbage. The lazy rude female worker should of had it cleaned up . Love the food 5 stars . The one female employee that was working this afternoon should be fired or kept in the back . I will be back again cause food is great but if she is working again I will not go in .

Food was pretty good! Service was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. Confirmed the other comments regarding its pure chaos in that place. The jerked chicken got made in the front right the way and we had to wait like 30 minutes for our Roti. During which, we sat down to wait for our Togo order. And the lady made us leave our seats so she could clean them. (What?????) It does not seem like the owners cares about improving this business at all. There are excellent comments here that will definitely help this place but none of it has been implemented at all.

Do not waste your money by ordering from this store, they are very disrespectful and do not care about the customer's satisfaction. Today i ordered food from here off skip the dishes and they totally disregarded what i selected and served me basically whatever the hell they felt like. I ordered a fry chicken dinner with white rice and coleslaw, i was served rice n peas, No coleslaw. Biggest disappointment was the curry goat, i chose pasta salad as my side but instead i was served rice n peas again, no pasta salad and the leftover scrapings of curry goat, maybe 5 tiny pieces of meat if so much. I find that to be very disrespectful since i did pay $12 plus tax per order of food. I separated all the meat and bones to show exactly what i recieved that made me so furious, the rest is rice and extra gravy.... also this is not the first time they have packed my order wrong.

Negative Review: I'd like to bring to the owner's attention about your female employee's attitude toward customers (evening shift). I've never seen such literal rudeness, who even dares to scold and disrespect other customers (i.e. making faces, questioning arrogantly etc). Better review your staff performance. Your business will lose customers due to her behavior. I have to ask another male staff to serve me after witnessing what this lady employee was doing to the other customers. Apparently the owner and this male staff already knew this issue from previous complaints and reviews. There are other people out there looking for a job and can do 1000x better. Positive Review: My favorites are stew chicken and fried chicken. Jerk chicken is also good. Excellent foods.
