I ordered a meal for pickup from this restaurant yesterday, planning to pick it up today. When I arrived, the store had a long line. Since I had placed a pickup order, I went directly to the counter to ask for my food. However, the lady at the counter told me I still needed to wait in the line. Despite explaining that it was a pickup order, she insisted. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the line, only to find out my order was already ready when I got to the counter. It’s frustrating that the restaurant doesn’t have a proper system for handling pickup orders separately. The whole point of ordering in advance is to save time, but this completely defeated the purpose. I hope the management can improve their process and implement a separate pickup line or a better system for customers who pre-order. This would make the experience much smoother for everyone.

One of the best places to visit especially for Lollipop chicken. Highly recommended to try and also their chiken 65 with plain rice is a best combination.

I've been to Silver Spoon many times and have always turned to them when it comes to ordering food for a party! The food is always hot, delicious and a delight. Calling in advance for bulk orders is always recommend, but small orders you'll most likely be able to pick up on the spot. You won't be disappointed. I'd recommend it for sure for a party or picnic.

Today I ordered Halwa Puri and absolutely disappointed. They had over cooked the puri and was not eatable. The channa masala and aloo tarkari were tasteless. I do not recommend this place!

I ordered chicken thali and how could you possibly send expired meat??it was literally gone bad. Please be mindful when you order from this place.Have a look at the picture what kinda chicken dish is that looks like they picked up pieces from biryani and dumped it in the thali. So dangerous I should have seen the reviews but I will escalate this matter since such restaurants are not safe for us.
