We ordered the family pack of hydrebadi chicken biryani which comes with chicken 65 and two gulab jamuns. Though we have had this many times from other location but the quality, quantity and taste we got from Pickering location was amazing ! Very tasty. It was a take out order but I noticed the ambience is pretty decent too. And finally the service of the lady at the reception was exceptional. She patiently answered and explained what I asked, immensely polite and though I had to wait a tad bit more than their normal 15 mins prep time, it was worthwhile because of this person. She was that good. Hope she gets appreciated by her manager/boss for giving such great customer service. Last but not the least, would recommend this location.

We order dinner from them and the food was terrible. The naan was so hard it felt like we were eating piece of wood and the daal was so salty and it was not fresh at all. It was 3 or 4 days old daal because I found this in my daal and it looked it was not fresh at all. If you are charging so much for food you should at least give good quality food to your customers.

Weekday non-veg Special - Butter Chicken with rice combo $9.99. Portions are okay more rice than Butter Chicken. Comes with 2 snack size samosa (pretty decent). Flavours of the Butter chicken was okay, basmati rice was fluffy. Overall for the price you are paying its good for a quick lunch.

It is the best Indian restaurant we have been in. We dinne in for lunch. But they do a lot of take out. Inside is small, only few tables. But the attention was great. Food came out in about 10 min. We order 3 dishes and came one by one. Portion size is good for sharing. Flavor and quality is fantastic. Taste like home made in a good way. It is fresh and we didn't feel bad after. Spicy was good enough to taste all the flavors. Not too greasy. So the after feeling is great. We had left overs that we took home. For 3 dishes we pay $42. Many vegetarian options. We had Chole Batura, Masala dosa and veggie biryani. So good! Keep the good work!

The ratings accurately depict my experience. Service was good, we were hungry and got our food served in time. I do understand restaurants take time for food prep but compared to my recent experience in another restaurant where I had to wait almost 40 min this was a blessing indeed. Seating is limited and interior needs a serious facelift. Apart from that it’s all good and highly recommended.
