Great food, great service. Love to be here again. Marta was so sweet and thoughtful. I simply asked for a cup of hot water and she automatically put a slice of lemon for me.

I visited this place with my husband. Our waiter, Joe, was so friendly and professional. He checked in with us a reasonable amount of times. When the food was taking a bit longer, he let us know where our food was in the queue. The booth we sat at was a bit dimmly lit. I had a hard time reading the menu. I would suggest making a reservation because it's a popular place. Thanks for making our visit enjoyable Joe!

Place was really up beat, staff was wonderful and welcoming! Bar staff got us drinks while we waited to be seated from the bar to our table.Then we met our server Sarah T. ( who was more like an old friend SHE WAS SO GREAT,) being new she walked us through the menu then had some suggestions and Checked in on us as our evening went on! So nice to us, I have not been wowed by a place like this ever. What a night!! Thank you all for being good at your rolls!

Unique decor that emphasizes the upscale ingredients but feels welcoming to groups and families. Menu also focuses on family style portions. Fresh quality ingredients elevate the casual vibe. Servers and staff are plentiful (which is a bonus these days) friendly and thorough. My meal arrived hot and nicely presented. The wine list is well paired to the menu offerings. And they have 6 to 8 beers on tap. I would definitely return and recommend it for casual dates, family get togethers and those larger group happenings.

A decent experience. Fine line of difference between hospitality and being served - We were served well! The atmosphere was really nice and the restaurant was looking neat and clean. Food came out pretty quick and so did drinks! The appetizers we ordered were really nice and highly recommended, both the Calamari and Artichoke dip were amazing! Pizza was good too but the pasta was slightly overcooked. Had received one without chicken first (or maybe we felt so) but that was immediately replaced when notified to the staff member. I personally felt that the pasta had good flavour but the chewy penne might have ruined the taste. I was disappointed that we had not the best experience on a special occasion.

Just came back from this location and apart from the great ambiance and food we were really impressed with the quality of customer service. Our server Chloe went above and beyond with a big smile, working very hard making sure every customer was satisfied and comfortable. I would like to thank her for her friendliness and work ethic and encourage her manager/employer for having more people like her, who truly make a difference in a customer’s experience.

We are never disappointed eating at Scaddabush! If you’re looking for great Italian food this is the place to go. The food is always delicious, we’ve never tried anything we didn’t enjoy. The portions are also quite large so we get to enjoy leftovers the next day! The service is excellent, specifically tonight our server and bartender was Marta who was very helpful and never kept us waiting despite the restaurant being quite busy. The atmosphere is very good, I gave 4/5 stars only because I find it can get loud when it’s busy due to the open floor plan so can be a bit hard to hear, but the overall atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and lively.

The food here is amazing! So flavourful and consistently good quality! Best bruschetta around! Garlic loaf is a must… and all their pasta’s are amazing… Love how they give options on Portion sizing. Brilliant!! Staff are super personable and attentive.
