This bakery will forever be a family favourite!! The cupcakes are delicious, and the mile high brownies are amazing. This is our go-to for birthdays and celebrations!

My boyfriend and I stopped by Kelly’s Bake Shoppe after dinner for a sweet treat, and it was a great experience! The shop had a cozy vibe, and the staff was super friendly with excellent customer service. We ordered three cupcakes (XO chocolate, cookie dough and coffee break), two cookies (snickerdoodle and black-and-white), a mile-high brownie, and two green teas, totalling just under $50. While a bit pricey, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. My boyfriend even said these were some of the best desserts he’s had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place! My Canadian family introduced me to this place when I came to Canada first time 2,5 years ago. The best vegan ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Tastes like from McDonalds but it’s VEGAN! People who work there always welcoming and friendly. This time we were offered water with ice just as a compliment and before offering extra treats to my son nice lady asked me first if she can offer those treats. In general clean and warm place with lots of sweets and variety of hot drinks. Highly recommend attending this place at least once and make your own immersion. Thank you guys, be back again!

Really great place for both coffee and some pastries - the cupcakes and some of the other items are truly fabulous. Definitely can't wait to return to try some of the others. Coffee's were on point as well, highly recommended cappuccino.

I have been to Kelly's a few times however this last round I found the cupcakes to be extremely sweet, not sure if something has changed or my pallet has. I did have the skinny cookie though and absolutely loved it, I would come back over and over for those! Also the shop is super cute! 🧁🧁

During my recent visit to this cozy little café, located just a 5-minute walk from the waterfront, we indulged in a delightful selection of drinks and desserts. Our order included a matcha oat milk cold latte, a hot latte, a strawberry shortcake, a lemon loaf, and a banana chocolate muffin. Each item had its own unique flavor profile, and collectively they created an enjoyable experience. Starting with the matcha oat milk cold latte and hot latte, both drinks stood out due to their use of oat milk, making them dairy-free. This substitution introduced a different, yet pleasant, layer of flavor. The oat milk provided a slightly nuttier, creamier texture, which complemented the subtle bitterness of the matcha and coffee. Although the flavor may differ from traditional lattes, it offered a refreshing alternative for those who prefer dairy-free options. Now, onto the star of the show—the strawberry shortcake. This dessert was truly exceptional. The strawberry syrup drizzled over the soft, spongy cake added a delightful sweetness that elevated the entire experience. It was a perfect harmony of flavors and textures, leaving me craving another bite. The lemon loaf was equally impressive. It struck the ideal balance between tartness and sweetness, with the tangy lemon flavor shining through without being overpowering. The cake itself was moist and tender, making it the kind of dessert you want to savor slowly, yet can’t resist reaching for another slice. As for the banana chocolate muffin, it was the epitome of comfort food—a classic combination of rich chocolate and ripe banana that was perfectly baked, with a slightly crisp top and a soft, fluffy interior. It felt like a warm, homemade treat. The café itself, though small, radiated charm. The ambiance was intimate and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind with a coffee and dessert. The staff—two friendly and welcoming women—provided excellent service that added a personal touch to the experience. Due to its prime location and charming vibe, the café does tend to get quite busy, and seating is limited. However, this only adds to the café’s appeal, giving it a bustling, community-oriented atmosphere. Despite the small space, the overall experience was delightful, and I highly recommend visiting for a quick, delicious treat.

Kelly's cup cakes is a small and cosy dessert place that everyone must visit atleast once. They say their cupcakes are 100% plant based, gluten free and peanut free which makes it an ideal choice for people of most dietary preferences. I personally enjoy their Mile High Brownie and the Red Velvet cupcakes. The strawberry short cake cupcakes is also pretty good. The staff is quite friendly and are great to interact with. The cupcakes taste amazing and deserves the top 3 in the world rank that some rating agencies have given them. Only thing is that since they are vegan cupcakes (i.e. without eggs and dairy), you might feel a little different after taste. It's evident that they are eggless. If that puts you off, you might have to reconsider going there. But for me, it's not really a problem bcoz I have many vegan friends. Overall, I'd rate this place highly for the quality of desserts and customer service. There is also an outdoor area which is not part of the shop, but one can sit there and enjoy a dessert outdoors.

I recently visited Kelly's Bake Shoppe in Burlington, and I can't say enough good things about this place! As a vegan shop, they offer an incredible range of delicious treats. I had the pleasure of trying their café lattes with oat milk and the matcha bar, and both were absolutely delightful. The lattes were perfectly crafted and flavorful, and the matcha bar was a unique and tasty treat. The ambiance at Kelly's is fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing coffee break. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable, and the staff provided top-notch service with a smile. I highly recommend Kelly's Bake Shoppe to anyone looking for great vegan food and an amazing cafe experience
