I really enjoy the atmosphere and vibe in this place. It has changed overall since they moved on to Hess. I have gone a few times and each time I go it's not busy so it feels more like dining and social hour than it is for dancing now. The food is a little pricey for what it is but the drink selection is great. The staff being so friendly is what makes me go back.

Met up with a friend after work for Happy Hour. The place is warm and chic. The Sommelier, Ryan, was so friendly, knowledgeable and recommended a great wine from Côtes du Rhône, which we really enjoyed. We ordered the stacked sushi, wonton nachos and udreishi salad. Really good!

I had the misfortune of dining at Radius in Hamilton on December 3, 2024, for what was supposed to be a celebratory birthday dinner with my wife and kids. Sadly, the experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. When we arrived, we were seated at a high-top bar-style table—not the most comfortable setup for a family dinner, but we decided to make the best of it. The server, Erick, took an astonishing 15 minutes to greet us and take our drink orders. Another 15 minutes later, the drinks arrived (a bottle of wine and three cokes), but he forgot one of the cokes, which we had to remind him about. Recognizing the sluggish service, we decided to order both our appetizers and mains at the same time. Despite this, the appetizers took over 30 minutes to arrive, and the mains came an excruciating hour later. When I approached Erick to express my concerns about the delays, he snapped, claiming, "I don't control the kitchen, what do you want me to do? We have a Christmas party upstairs." His tone was aggressive and unprofessional, completely unacceptable in front of my family. By the time the mains finally arrived, we were over 90 minutes into our meal. My steak, ordered medium-rare, was well-done. I flagged down another server to have it redone. When the replacement arrived 30 minutes later, it was, shockingly, well-done again. I gave up and ate it, but the disappointment was palpable. To Erick's credit, he attempted to salvage the experience by offering free desserts and removing the bottle of wine from the bill. However, the damage was done. Adding insult to injury, the payment system only allowed tipping options of 18% or 20%, as if this level of service warranted a gratuity at all. This was, hands down, one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The service was slow, the food poorly prepared, and the attitude of our server completely ruined what should have been a special evening. I strongly advise against dining at Radius. The management clearly prioritizes large parties over individual guests, and the staff lacks the professionalism and skill to deliver a satisfactory dining experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

The place was amazing. The staff were great. The food was phenomenal—especially the Calamari and Lobster Linguine.

We tried their Sunday Supper, which includes a Caesar or Garden Salad, plus Dessert, when you order a Steak, Sunday’s only. Everything was executed to perfection, and super tasty.

The lobster rolls are great, but I don’t recommend this restaurant. I ordered on Uber. The first time I bought it, I received four lobster rolls (picture 1), and the price was $26 per order (picture 2). Adding two more rolls was an extra $10, making a total of $36 for four rolls. On the same day, I ordered again. At that time, four rolls were still $36, but only one order (two rolls) was delivered. When I checked the price again, it had changed to what it shows in picture 3, which means it now costs $44 for four rolls. Yesterday, after I placed an order, what was delivered matched picture 4, total $44 for only three rolls. So what does this mean, that the first order is $34, and adding two more is only $10? Interesting, I didn't know it could be done this way, Radius.

Good food and atmosphere! The calamari was very delicious. Braised beef rib was amazing but the vegetables were undercooked. Was not impressed with the Korean Fried Chicken sliders, though. The slaw lacked acidity, the chicken lacked flavor, and the gochujang sauce was right out of the container.

Great food, drinks, atmosphere. Had dinner there Saturday night it was a great outing. This was the first time at the new location in Hess Village it was easy to talk on patio until about 9:30 pm when the music from Gown and Gavel was so loud we had to yell to talk. It was nice that we could reserve the patio table and not have to deal with “the patio is first come first serve basis” like so many other restaurants. The food was tasty and came out in a timely fashion. Pricing of the menu items was a bit expensive, but not totally unreasonable. I would recommend and return. For a table of four here’s a list of the things we had: Radius Calamari 22 Kalbi beef wonton nachos 19 Radius burger x2 Tempura, fish and chips The linguine Amalfi 34 Chocolate Heaven on Hess 14
