Bardō Locke St. Hamilton

I've loved Bardo for years. I've had some amazing lunches and dinners there and the food is fantastic. Their pizza is amazing ($4 a slice, how can you go wrong?). I love their black bean and quinoa salad as well. Nice selection of wines and cocktails. Definitely recommend.

I got the short rib sandwich with skinny fries and a blood orange lemonade. I would recommend the umami burger and lemonade, my sister got it and flavour was 10/10, I enjoyed my sandwich as well but had to take the rosemary off, not my favourite, but the burger was amazing. Our server Levi was so kind and attentive! Nice atmosphere and a fun restaurant to go with friends or family, locke st is a nice place to go for a day out.

Definitely a nice spot to try if you’re in the area and looking for some classic easy foods with friends or by yourself! The atmosphere is really cute and the foods are classic. The pizzas are good, we got some weird cheese one, calamari and the fries. The service was fast and the price was reasonable.

Great spot! Really like the fresh vibes here. Food could be slightly better but I'll have try try more things I liked the chicken noodles soup but not so much the Umami burger. Service was very kind and humble staff is great at this place I'll definitely be back. Also family friendly!

Although we had a mishap with our food, we have to say the staff and manager handled it in a timely manner! The pizzas were absolutely delish, as were the truffle fries and burrata! Fresh food, excellent service. BUT do make a reservation in advance! They are booked and busy!

Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly which made the meal enjoyable. Instead of ordering two small pizzas they gave us the option to do halfsies on a large pizza which is supposedly more economical (more pizza for the buck) so try that out! The pizza toppings were unique and good. The crust was really tasty too especially with their dipping sauce. The standout for us was their popcorn mushroom appetizer which was seasoned and fried perfectly and addictive. Would recommend.

Came for Wednesday unlimited small bites and it was AMAZING! Booking the reservation was convenient and our server was great. The variety and quality of food was top-notch, and the price is justified considering how much food you can eat. I loved the popcorn oyster mushrooms, which is saying a lot considering I hate mushrooms! Some dishes were better than others but there was not a single bad one! They were also accomodating to my dirty restriction of not including bacon in my lobster mac and cheese. Overall I really enjoyed it and will be looking forward to going again when the seasonal menu changes!

We got the chance to try Bardō pizza this weekend (formally Earth to Table: Bread Bar). The service was great, the pizza was ready on time and the server was very helpful and informative. We ordered the Meat Mountain and Sweet Cherry Pie pizzas. Both were cooked perfectly and had a great amount of toppings. The toppings were very fresh and high quality. The cheese was a good amount as was the sauce. The white sauce on the Sweet Cherry Pie was excellent, as was the red sauce, very flavourful. The crust was amazing, very nice texture, and taste. Crispy, yet fluffy and airy inside. The pizzas were on the pricy side, but more than willing to pay for a high quality pizza. Overall a great first experience at Bardō, I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend you try Bardō for your next pizza adventure or if you are in the area.
