The store close @11but there was no seating around 9.30. Everyone was standing and waiting for their orders and I wanted to sit and enjoy my meal but very disappointed they flipped the chairs and closed the section for seating and the tables were wet.The staff (tall and big build) very unpleasant and rude. Very poor customer service. She looks so tired and unwelcome the customers. Very sorry to see the staff like her. Could have been do better . No dine in option around 9.30pm onwards.

I’ve visited this Popeyes location multiple times, and every single time, if I arrive during their last hour of business—whether it’s 40 minutes or even 35 minutes before closing—they refuse to take orders. Instead, they only offer pre-made items and won’t prepare anything that isn’t already available. Tonight, I arrived at 9:25, and I was told they couldn’t make a sandwich because it takes 15 minutes to prepare. They insisted I could only choose from what they had made already. I would completely understand if this policy applied 15 minutes before closing, but 35-40 minutes should be more than enough time to fulfill an order, especially for something as simple as a single sandwich. This has happened too many times, and I’m very disappointed with the service at this location. It will absolutely be my last choice for Popeyes in the future. Terrible experience.

I went to the store in the evening time , when it was quite busy . I guess rush hours , still the wings were crispy fresh . Dined in , the place was clean . Couldn't get enough of the wings , so placed another order for both boneless and ghost pepper . Tastes great , fresh crispy . Will definitely recommend for food & great Customer Service too , Shout out to the cook & front staff PRABHJOT , DIKSHA ,NEISA & SAGUN . Great team work .

Probably one of the more disgusting sandwich I ever had the unfortunate experience of consuming. Ordered a chicken sandwich which was greasy and nasty, probably shaved a few hours off my life after eating. Bunch of turbinators working behind the counter, doesn't inspire the fantasy of eating Louisiana chicken
