I used to like Popeyes. But after you reduced the size of the chicken pieces especially the legs, I am going somewhere else. How can you not see, that this will affect your business in the long run. Never buying again. Not worth it especially when sometimes the chicken tastes old.

Mo and the team are amazing. This location is our family favourite!! They work hard to consistently improve themselves and everytime I give feedback I see immediate change. We go here often and my kids looooove the tenders. Spicy chicken sandwich for me though. Thanks for always keeping us happy guys!!!!!!

Muhammad was really helpful and had exceptional customer service! We had a party and he patiently ran us through our options and made sure that we were satisfied with our order. We are very happy with the service he provided and will definitely visit again!

This is the cleanest popeyes in durham! Service is always good and the food is so fresh. Shout-out to RJ and Athena for giving great customer service and always making sure the customers are happy!

This is not the first time, last visit the food was clearly refried to be warmed up. This time, all the wraps are dripping with half a bottle of sause in each wrap. Inedible food. I would like my money back. My dog is served better food.

I waited well over 30 mins for mild fried chicken. The cashier has stated it will take 15 mins. I also had my 3 small children with me waiting. They tried giving me rest of the food that was sitting in the shelf getting cold for 30 mins. Their Food took longer than dine in food and to my surprise when I got home is that the chicken is bloody and dripping of blood. This is ridiculous and a serious healthy safety issue. Will be reporting them to the local municipality for health safety violation. Like all the reviews say, stay away from this place. I placed order on Feb 7th, 2024 and my order number was 106.

I orders through Uber eats for pickup, and my order was ready in about five minutes. I always like to order from here and I will keeping doing so. Not only is the food really good, the service is amazing as well. I was helped by Akshit who was very kind and tended to my order really quickly. I was also helped my another worker, who I didn’t get the name of, but was also very nice. You guys do an amazing job!!

Service was slow. Watched my food sit on the food shelf for about 5 minutes before receiving it. Chicken was under cooked stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. They did replace it, which is why food got 2 stars instead of 1
