MI-NE Japanese Restaurant

Had a great experience at this sushi spot! The sashimi and maki were delicious, and the sushi portions were impressively large. However, I would have liked a bit more meat in the sushi—there was more cucumber and veggies than expected, but it still tasted great. The atmosphere is really nice and cool, with some seating areas offering shades or curtains for a bit of privacy, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though we had to ask a couple of times for more wasabi and ginger as they brought very little initially. Overall, the quality and price of the sushi were excellent, and with plenty of parking nearby, it's definitely worth a repeat visit. I'd recommend booking ahead, as it's a popular spot!

I cannot compare any Mi-Ne to any other sushi in Richmond Hill and Aurora. Either they are way overpriced for the same quality as MiNe or not in the same category whatsoever.

This is my favorite sushi spot! Even after moving away from the area, I still drive here because it's worth the trip. Most of the time, my partner and I get the Love Boat, and each time we come, the quality of the fish is always 10/10. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. It does get quite busy on the weekends for dinner, which means parking can sometimes be a pain and wait times can be long but it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Another good spot for Japanese sushi and sashimi. It is conveniently located right on Yonge Street, free parking spots on the front. Inside is very cozy and clean,with an open kitchen. The service is very good too although they are always busy. We came weekday lunch time and it’s almost full, ordered two lunch combos, 1. Sashimi combo 4/5 2. Salmon lovers combo 4/5 both are very good quality and fresh.

We have been buying sushi at this restaurant for 12 years. My husband is a fisherman and it is very important for him that the fish is fresh. The sushi is made with high quality, fresh ingredients. Nice staff, good atmosphere in the restaurant. We are regular customers at this establishment! Not a single holiday is complete without sushi plates from MiNe restaurant. You are best

🍣A consistent and high quality sushi chain 🍣 // Visited the R. Hill location for my first time last night and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and the sushi was fresh and delicious. Seating inside is quite limited so suggest planning accordingly, especially on weekends (I’d suggest going before 5pm or after 7pm) They also don’t take reservations, so this is another thing to keep in mind. It was my first time having a sushi boat (I’ve only had sushi platters for takeout before for party-size sushi orders), and I was extremely impressed! The quantity, quality and variety of the sushi boat were all impressive. The sashimi tasted extremely fresh and even the California rolls were well made and better/contained more ingredients than your regular California roll elsewhere. There was even salmon roe in the boat! It was fantastic value for money. We also ordered a separate roll and a couple of torch-pressed sushi, and both were excellent. The service was also great; we had a cheerful and delightful waitress. Would highly recommend it!
