good service, clean restaurant, delicious and flavorful food, drinks not too sweet, friendly staff, my sister and I had dinner here. The atmosphere is very suitable for couples and families. I will come back soon. Suitable space for friends gathering

Everything was so delicious! Portion sizes were very generous. Service and staff were great and attentive. The restaurant was packed on a weekday for 7pm! Make sure you make reservations early! We ordered the chicken pad thai, a seafood stir fry, thai beef hotpot and mango sticky rice. Highly recommend the seafood stir fry.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Jatujak! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and our waiter, Zen, truly made our visit unforgettable. Zen was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and you could tell they genuinely cared about creating a great experience for us. The food was just as amazing and the presentation was so nice it was like set pieces as the service—fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place where both the cuisine and the staff shine, but this restaurant exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food paired with exceptional service, this is the spot. Thank you, Zen, and the entire team for a wonderful afternoon. We’ll definitely be back!

Jatujak is a small, cozy Thai restaurant with friendly service and a decent selection of dishes. Upon entering, there was a bit of an off-putting sewer smell, which was unfortunate, but the service was attentive and welcoming. We ordered the Tom Yum Soup, Fried Calamari, Crab Fried Rice, Pad See Ew, and Soft Shell Crab Curry. The highlight was definitely the Tom Yum Soup—it was flavorful and exceeded expectations. The other dishes were fairly standard, though the beef in the Pad See Ew had a slight smell, which was noticeable but didn’t ruin the experience. Overall, Jatujak is worth a visit for its Tom Yum and warm atmosphere, though a few minor improvements could make it even better.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Jatujak Thai Restaurant! The food was incredibly tasty, with authentic flavors. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. The staff provided excellent service, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious Thai food in a great setting!

Listen folks, I love Thai food, the problem is I haven't found a place that calls out to me, urging me to return - UNTIL NOW! First time at Jatujak and we were blown away! Let's start with the servers - super friendly and accommodating, we got there just before it got busy (make reservations!!) and they let us switch tables because it was a bit drafty by the window. Then they helped us decide what we would like from the menu. Once the food arrived there was a dish we had never had before and were unsure how to eat it, the server took the time to let us know how it was typically enjoyed. Really friendly! They came by our table a few times to ensure all was well. Service was super fast too. Food was fantastic! My wife and I shared 2 mains with an appetizer. Pictures included! We loved it so much we even got dessert which is something we rarely do. All in all we will be frequenting this place A LOT. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Love it!!!

Richmond Hill hotspot for Thai food. I came here as a recommendation from a friend of mine who loves coming here. Location is fairly small with maybe 10 to 15 tables. I was quickly greeted and our reservations were on time. From an atmosphere is very simple and eclectic. Staff were super friendly and helpful as the menu was not a traditional American style Thai food . I ordered spring rolls pad Thai, soft shell crab dish and a few others. Nothing disappointed and everything was served quickly. Hot and very tasty. Overall I was very happy with the food. Dinner for under $50 per person was fairly reasonable. I would say that this is a very good authentic Thai restaurant. Definitely would give it another go + would be coming back if I'm in the area.

We ordered the soft shell crab, and it was amazing—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And the lunch special is of great value. The atmosphere is cozy, the vibe captures the essence and perfectly complementing the authenticity of the food. Definitely recommend!
