The quality of food is good. Flavors are on point. Got the chicken bacon ranch poutine and honestly it was good just a little sad on the portion size it was quite small considering the price and the size of the box that it comes in was only a quarter of the way filled could have added a few more fries. Spicy Nashville chicken Burger was tasty, but it wasn't a burger it was 2 chicken strips. Kind of a letdown: Service is slow due to lack of staff. It does take quite a bit of time to get your food, but they are kind and friendly . The atmosphere is pleasant and the place is very clean.

We got to try Meltwich and this is what we had: -The Ultimelt (triple the cheese!) -The Monster Melt - double patty burger with Mac & Cheese -The Hot Mess - a deconstructed burger in poutine form - Oreo Milkshake -Chocolate Milkshake - Grilled Cheese Kids Meal My favourite was the Ultimelt and the milkshakes. The cheese was SO THICK AND GOOD and the sandwich was perfectly grilled (it was still good the next day)

Excellent food and service!! It was 4 of us so it took around 15-20mins to get our food but it was fresh and hot and DELICIOUS. Godfather grilled cheese was amazing. We also ordered poutine and crispy chicken burger. Will be back soon for more! One suggestion to the restaurant about seating. Maybe space out the tables into seating for 4. Two large tables of 8 were awkward if few people were already sitting. Place might benefit from more normal tables rather than high tops. But I guess they can test with how much traffic and sit downs they get. Keep up the good work 👍🏽

I recently visited Meltwich and was thoroughly impressed by my experience! The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, catering to different tastes. I decided to try the Smokey banquet and chicken club , and it exceeded my expectations. The service was exceptional and the staff was very welcoming, offering recommendations, and making sure my experience was great. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed setting. I’ll definitely be returning to try more!!

The chicken club is really good, and will order again in the future. Mac attack was okay. Poutine had gravy and cheese well mixed into layers. Other places just pours the gravy and cheese on top. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu!

Richmond Hill meltwich, near major Makenzie and bay view, has a very chill and modern atmosphere with amazing staff. Although it is sceptical to have young employees but they do take care of your food very well, wanting to make my meal worth the money. I ordered the vegetarian southern fried chicken melt and it’s the best, hands down. Totally recommend to anyone of all ages to try this restaurant out. 10/10 dine in experience

I visited this new Meltwich location in Richmond Hill and tried their poutine, Nashville chicken burger, and grilled cheese. The poutine was a standout, with rich, flavorful gravy and plenty of gooey cheese curds that made each bite incredibly satisfying. The Nashville burger was a bold choice; it had just the right amount of heat and a juicy, well-seasoned patty that kept me coming back for more. And the grilled cheese—simple yet perfect; I enjoyed it with multigrain bread but it was nice to know they had multiple options. The bread was perfectly crispy, and the cheese inside was deliciously melted. Overall, Meltwich impressed me with their comfort food done right, delivering quality and flavor in every dish. The staff were all very friendly as well and patiently went through menu options with me. Will be my new go to place when I take my lunch breaks.
