I would say 9 times out of 10 they would ask me to park in a spot to either wait for fries, a breakfast muffin/hashbrown, or just anything at all. Honestly, what is the point of a drive thru if you don't have your items ready when your customers pull up to the window?

I just heard the special on the radio to purchase gift cards worth $25 and get a free Mc Chicken / Big Mac coupon. Guess what, they said they don't have the coupons anymore. I wanted 3 GCs with the added incentives. But I guess it's not happening as of right now.

Will give zero star if I can. Worst McDonald ever, waited for 40 min for my meal, which is crazy enough! I’ve never waited for this long for food even at night end restaurant!!!! Then I finally got my food and got home just to find out that they messed up my order and didn’t give me sauce for my chicken nuggets. While I was waiting there a lady went in and told the store she got home and found out they didn’t give her the happy meal she ordered so she went back for it. So it seems that I’m not the only one who’s got their order messed. Will not go back and if anyone’s reading this review pleas go sometimes else. This is not the only time they messed up my order!!!!!!

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s location. Almost every time I order, something is missing from my bag, yogurt, sauces, even entire an entire drink. It’s VERY disappointing to get home and realize I don’t have everything I paid for. Plus the ice maker by the drinks is still broken and it seems to be never fixed. The service is VERY disorganized, during busy times or not. Managers I hope you start addressing these issues soon.

So i order a vanilla ice coffee i ask specifically for extra vanilla and the asian lady with glasses ask and confirm with if it extra i say yes when i got my coffee theres no vanilla and usually unless you mix with a spoon syrup dont dispense that quickly
