First time here, went on New Year’s Day and the place was packed! It took around 10 minutes to get our food! Service 10/10!! Food 10/10! The owner is a down to earth, humble guy! He took the time to ask us what we ordered and if everything was good! This place sets the benchmark on how every restaurant should be!

Bring family, bring friends, your neighbors and just come here!!! First, it was hard to pick what to order bc everything looked good. Haven't been to an authentic Egyptian restaurant so very excited to try this. As an Egyptian, this felt like mama's home cooking. We went for breakfast so tried to stick to that menu- tameya (falafel), fateer mashaltit , foul, hawashey which was OUT OF THIS WORLD...the bread was fresh and hot. Love love love the vibe, the waitress Asma was super friendly and service with a smile. No wait time as we went at 10:15am!

Very crowded on the weekend! They still were able to accommodate us in the patio! They had heaters there and overall it was nice! The food was great and portions were huge! The only problem was that the server messed up our order, so one plate did not arrive till almost the end of our meal!! Also the side Fatoush was very overpriced for the tiny portion!! Disappointing in that sense! But overall I recommend this place and would visit again!

Just wow! What a gem of a place! As soon as you walk in, your are greeted with smiles and warmth. The vibe is cozy and they really make you feel like you are family. Our server was the sweetest! (Shout out Maylika♡) and the owner really makes you feel like you've known him for years, soo nice! The food is absolutely amazing and has authentic, homemade flavors. This is a must try! My new favorite spot hands down.

Wow! You can tell how amazing a place is going to be when it's absolutely packed with lines out the door. It is 100% worth the wait and we were so impressed with how well the staff were handling such a busy service. We went with Egyptian friends who raved about the authenticity! Very large portions and really great food and atmosphere. We'd definitely go back again.

Amazing food, worth the 7 hr drive! Will definitely do it again and hope one day one opens closer to us! But yes this is definitely a must go to place for Egyptian food!

The food was really tasty. But the service was really bad! For me I ordered fries with salad, but they completely forgot the salad ( as you can see in the picture). And my friend order rice but they brought fries. Lastly, there is no water. I have to ask waiter for water. To be fair, they did correct their neglect when I mentioned they messed up our order.

Amazing local restaurant have been here for years. Great food and portions are large. You can sub rice with salad (which we did) which is a great option. I am still learning lots about Egyptian food in general and would love to come back
