It was our first time here and we had an amazing experience with our server, Julia. She was so attentive and engaging. She definitely elevated the dining experience. Hopefully, we can have her host us again when we come back.

Amazing Service from Candace! We had an excellent experience at Kelsey’s in the Oshawa Centre, thanks to our server, Candace. Splitting meals isn’t something restaurants generally always do if you ask, but Candace went above and beyond to accommodate us, which we really appreciated! Candace also made sure I could use my coupon from the Gens’ game without any hassle—it was such a smooth process. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made our visit enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Candace when you dine here. Exceptional service!

Tim was our server. He was amazing! Friendly, fast and humorous! Honestly, he was one of the best servers we've had in a while.

Our Server Ally M was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly and very outgoing. At one point we were informed that the restaurant was out of the broccoli cheddar soup, so Ally was helping us decide on what to order instead. It ended up that they made a fresh pot which was really thoughtful, but Ally was taking the time to go through the menu with us and help us decide, even though she was very busy and had a lot going on. We never felt dismissed or left alone, and even though we did end up getting our soup that we originally wanted, it was extremely helpful to have her go through the menu with us! The food was great, and we will definitely be coming back!

Mary was an absolute angel today. We came in with my autistic nephew after some time at skyzone and one section of the restaurant was extremely busy and the other was completely empty. As an ex server I understand sections but I thought i'd see if she'd be willing to accommodate us seating in the empty section. She was incredibly sweet and accommodated us. This meant she had to go out of her way every-time she came to check with us and regardless she was extremely attentive when she was present. She made the experience really seamless and even let us have the bill early as I requested in case my nephew got too overwhelmed at one point so we could leave early. As an ex server it can be unfortunate ro see how much customer service has deteriorated post pandemic so i'm glad to see someone which such excellent hospitality skills. The service here is great fast friendly. I was here alone on business so it’s nice when it’s efficient. The atmosphere is very inviting. There were large groups here it’s close to the 401 and the hotel area so from the buses in the parking lot I would assume hockey teams or something. I watched the servers attending these groups very professional and proficient. Some times someone like me gets lost in chaos. This didn’t happen at all. The food was very good. I had the messy fish sandwich and a side of onion rings. It was cooked well and tasted fine. I dinged it a star just because I thought the side onions there could have been a few more and a little more tartar sauce on the sandwich. It wasn’t very messy LOL. As for beer they say ask the server for the local and they had a few and one of them was the bubble stash which technically is not local it’s original brew is from Hop Valley brewing out of Oregon but Creemore springs which is local is licensed to brew the recipe. It’s a great IPA. Anyway great place if your traveling and on the road or if your local and want a good meal, cold beer!

Overall we had a good time and will still leave 5 stars. The food was delicious! Employees were nice. At first we were annoyed to wait so long for burgers and I had to stand up to ask myself ‘how long more will our food be coming’. We were ready to leave. However, the person I asked took time to checked in the kitchen and apologized for the delay because we arrived just after a party event. I truly appreciated him giving an explanation. He also said maybe an additional 15 min (which is way too much in addition to our 40 min waiting time - 40min post order. I didn’t count the time when we arrived and were seated or when we got our drinks, of course). Anyway, the food arrived shortly after I asked but why our waiter that receives tips didn’t check in with us? We tried to make eye contact with him and clearly he knew very well we haven’t received our food because he looked at our table. Anyway. Communication is key for happy customer. Area of improvements: > Virgin mojito (one of the worst I have ever had in my entire dining experience). > Waiter communication - would have prefer him mentioning to us that the food is coming because 40 min waiting time… the minimum he could have done. He chose to ignore and avoid us and only checked in after we received the meals. Which at this time we were happy back as we were starving. The restaurant was not full at all. He could manage talking to us. The washrooms and restaurant were overall clean and provided good feeling vibes.
