I had the worst experience at Karahi Point in Richmond Hill. It was my first time trying Indian food, and it turned out to be a disaster. I ordered Chicken Tikka Biryani and found a bone in the rice—not just any bone, but one that looked like it came from pre-eaten food. It was revolting, and I completely lost my appetite. When I pointed it out, they claimed, “That’s how we cook the rice.” Honestly, that explanation made no sense whatsoever. The restaurant was freezing cold, and we had to keep our jackets on the entire time. On top of that, the food was late, which just made everything worse. When I told them I didn’t enjoy my meal and asked for the entire bill to be waived (as there were only $30 left after they removed the dish with the bone), they refused. Instead, they said, “We already took this meal off your bill. What else can we do to make you happy?” Well, the damage was already done. My partner and I didn’t enjoy the meal at all, and their lack of understanding or effort to fix the situation was unacceptable. I told them I would write this review, and I’m sticking to my word. As someone who loves dining out and is generally not picky, this was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Save your time, money, and appetite—don’t go here.

Had a wonderful dining experience. We had beef bihari kabab, goat karahi and chicken tikka biryni. Their food was amazing special thanks to Arsh, who helped us to decide this amazing dishes. The ambience is very good with a huge party space. I am planning to host my anniversary party soon. Definately coming soon.

I recently visited Karahi Point. It is not real ethentic Pakistanisfood and exceptional, lacking a bit more flavor. The atmosphere was enjoyable and inviting, making for a nice dining experience. The service was attentive and good as well. Overall, it's a nice spot for casual dining with room for improvement in the food quality

Worst kebab ever. I ordered the Beef Bihari Kebab and received a reddish soggy lump of something. Entirely undercooked and overall inedible. The spices were off. It tasted bitter, which is weird for Pakistani food. I ended up throwing most of it away. Worst kebab that I’ve had in over a decade. For reference - I love Pakistani food but this one was awful. Update - the store offered to make it right (nice of them). Alas, I'm quite sure that I don't want to try another time. I got quite sick, probably from undercooked meat (only ate 1/4 of the kebab) this morning. There's no way I want to repeat that experience.

We dined in yesterday with a group of 11 people from around the world. Everyone loved the food. Esp the butter chicken, BBQ platter, biryani, lahori fish, beef behari kabab, goat karhai and Peshawari Karhai. Everyone loved the Peshawari Karhai. I felt Nihari fell short but the rest of the food was amazing. Special thanks to our servers: young guy with glasses and the yound girl. Should have asked for their names. They were very helpful and friendly and made the night pleasant for all the guests.

Not satisfied with the portion and quality of the food. We ordered the butter chicken for take out and the chicken was chalky, and powdery, it was an over cooked chicken. The portion was small and it came with 2 small pieces of chicken. The butter chicken curry was very watery and was not thick and I have had plenty shares of butter chicken in the past and this was not the place for it. The spice level was extremely spicy for a mild. I can tolerate spice but for a mild level spice it didn't deliver that expectation. The nahiri beef stew curry, again the "mild" level of spice was extremely spicy, I shouldn't be in pain for a mild. I can tolerate spice but for a "mild" it exceeded the volume of spicy. The food should not have been unbearable to consume. The portions are small, and you get one 2 small pieces of beef. For the price you pay it should be a bigger portion. I will not be returning or recommending to others Photos for reference! Huge disappointment for someone who craves for a good spot for Indian cuisine.
