Ordered the sweet and sour fish. It was mostly sauce and pineapple chunks. There was no flavour and half the fish pieces were burnt. A huge waste of money and I am so disappointed because I was looking forward to trying someplace new. Look ar the amount of pineapple and all the sauce! Only half the fish was edible because it was burnt!

Honestly, I loved the soup at Hakka zone, but none of the other dishes lived up to the expectations the soup set. I’ll definitely return for the soup and try something new next time!!

we were passing by Barrie and someone had suggested Hana Zone for good Haka Indo-Chinese food so we ordered ahead and enjoyed the food we got the manchurian paneer fried which were excellent, the veggie manchurian noodles which were good and the chicken rice which were good big portion and excellent flavor

Nice indo Chinese Hakka place in barrie if you want to enjoy some flavourful and good food. Did take out a few times and dined it a couple of times with my wife and two kids. It’s a nice small restaurant if you want to dine in for 2-4 people. Good flavours and spice. Good variety of options and they have Momo’s. Good vegetarian options.

They cook great food in small (not really) kitchens here The fried rice with tofu was decent, best was manchow soup, and Chinese bhel with chicken was great! They also have a big menu like back home and they are halal certified so amazing We also had jhol momos which was epic taste and quantity for the price. I hope they remain consistent

One of the best places in Ontario for Nepal like food! Everything reminded me of Nepal cause the taste was exactly the same. I live an hour and half away from Barrie but I swear I won’t mind going there again (and again)

One word..INCREDIBLE!! I have eaten Hakka food for over 30 yrs in some of the best hakka restaurants in Scarborough, Markham, Mississauga and Brampton. Barrie finally has a top notch Hakka restaurant! My wife (the vegetarian one) and I had the pleasure of ordering take out this afternoon. We found out from the owners that they only opened a week ago and just yesterday got their store front sign. Ordered shrimp pakoras, chili chicken, chili tofu with mixed vegetables, chili paneer, manchurian vegetable fried rice and their deluxe manchurian fried rice (chicken, beef and shrimp) The deluxe manchurian fried rice was loaded with chicken, shrimp and huge pieces of beef. So much flavour! The shrimp pakoras outstanding! The chili chicken was on point. I asked for extra spicy and it could have used some more chilies and maybe a bit more gravy. With an exceptional vegetarian menu option, the tofu/vegetable manchurian and the paneer manchurian as our first order here, we were blown away by the flavors! These guys honored a true vegetable stir fried rice as it did not have eggs! The meal was prepped very quickly, was super delicious, and generously packed. A real pleasure to meet the new owners who were friendly and very helpful. We are definitely going back!
