I have Visited today at this newly opened Chinese restaurant in Hamilton and had an amazing experience! We tried the Chicken Hakka Fried Rice, Veg Hakka Noodles, and Sesame Chicken, and I have honestly never tasted Chinese food quite like this before. The flavors were unique and absolutely delicious. The presentation was also outstanding. Each dish was beautifully decorated by the chef, showing real care and attention to detail. The interior of the restaurant is super cool, with an authentic, luminous effect that adds a modern yet traditional touch to the atmosphere. It really enhances the dining experience and makes you feel like you are in a special place. The staff were incredibly polite, kind, and full of energy, which made the experience even better. We were also impressed by how quickly the food arrived—less than 10 minutes—but the quality and portion sizes were still top-notch. It was truly a great dining experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for fantastic food, excellent service, and a great atmosphere.

The best Hakka in Hamilton. The menu at this restaurant has an incredible variety of dishes, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The flavors are bold and authentic, with highlights like Chilli Chicken, Dragon Fish, and Ginger Shrimp. Chicken Lollipop is a must try. Here’s the Hakka you asked for to my 20,000,000+ readers who rely on my reviews: I recently tried this fairly new spot, and while the ambiance and service impressed me, the food fell short. The restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting, with friendly and welcoming staff. Though it looks small from the outside, it’s surprisingly spacious inside, with enough seating to accommodate decent-sized groups. The atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to dine. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. The General Thai Chicken was overly black, sticky, and gooey. It’s completely different from what what general Thai chicken should be like elsewhere. The beef dish was thickened with too much cornstarch, the fried fish was far too salty, and the shrimp dish was a letdown with only three or four small shrimp. The noodles had a texture that felt overcooked, though I will say the rice was quite good. While the setting and service were positive, the food quality needs significant improvement to match the warm and inviting atmosphere. I hope they will do some more research into the food

Hakka Nation is a fantastic addition to Hamilton, bringing authentic Hakka Chinese cuisine to the city! I ordered Veg Manchurian Gravy and Chicken Hakka Noodles, and both were absolutely delicious with authentic flavors. Despite being packed, the service was impressively fast and efficient. If you would like to experience fast service with quality, you must visit Hakka Nation Hamilton. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Hakka Chinese food

I recently had the pleasure of trying some mouth-watering dishes, and each one was absolutely delightful! I tried the chicken lollipop, Shanghai noodles and Vegetarian Manchurian, the Manchurian was full of flavour, Chicken Lollipops were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, noodles were cooked just right, with a great mix of veggies adding both texture and color. Definitely will be going back again!
