Mcnuggets were good. Not sure why you ask for spicy mustard and sweet & sour dipping sauces and you only get sweat & sour. Folks, check your bags at the drive thru. Not overly impressed.

Very first experience ordering food from this location and everything was WILDLY incorrect. Ordered a 10 pc Nugget Meal with Coke, originally wanted Root Beer which they didn’t have. And then had to correct the person twice that I wanted REG. Coke and not Coke Zero. I got Coke Zero anyway….. and a Double Quarter Pounder BLT Meal. Got a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. No ice in the drinks which isn’t a big deal but I waited in the drive through for 10+ minutes with everyone standing around in view of the window not providing any service to those inside or in the drive through. Genuinely never been more disappointed with a McDonald’s location before. I shouldn’t feel the need to check every single box and container to ensure that my food is correct when I clarify the order and the receipt shows the correctly ordered items. Not even worth going back and waiting another 10 mins for.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and had a few concerns about the food quality. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and didn’t seem to be taking the time to listen to customers or follow instructions. I understand that McDonald’s isn’t what it used to be, but the food quality just isn’t the same anymore. This location has given me a few negative experiences because of the food quality, and I hope they can improve things in the future.

The site was dirty. I had to clean our table. We waited 25 minutes for our order. The fries in my granddaughter's happy meal were cold rocks that looked like they'd been cooked three times at least (these were replaced with no problem, so one star for that). Our wraps were made with no care or knowledge whatsoever. They were not folded properly. We had to remove the rotting produce from them. The tortilla was dried out and crunchy on the edges. The tomatoes were old and mealy, the cucumber was clearly old and completely wilted, the lettuce was beyond wilted and rotting. The coffee was fine. We will never visit this location again. There were at least 10 staff behind the counter. I could see no reason for the ineptness we experienced.

Was at this Rymal location. Had to clean tables ourselves and most tables were just plain dirty. The floors were also dirty. The food was okay and came in good time but parts of order wasn't included and I had to go back. But most unbelievable was that after over an hour a staff started cleaning trash cans that were extremely overflowing. I will not return inside soon. Maybe a drive through in the future.

The food was good, however, the same can't be said for the drinks. We ordered one coffee, one tea, and two hot chocolates. The coffee, despite being dark roast, did not have much of a flavour, and tasted very bland. The tea, was not even tea. It had a very strong coffee scent, and upon taking a sip, it was confirmed that it was coffee. We went back to the counter to exchange it for a tea, and the staff were very understanding. We were able to change it for tea. As for the hot chocolate, the whole top half of it was cream/milk. The bottom half is where the chocolate was, but we saw that there was very little chocolate that was used to make it. Even though they did add the chocolate in the bottom, despite being very little, it wasn't even mixed. Which was why the whole top half wad only cream.

I love me some chicken nuggets ! And I got a free cheese burger and played the monopoly game ! I love the fries as always ! I took bathroom selfies lol but I was too hungry to stop eating and take a pic ! I upsized my fries since the cashier asked ! Whoop whoop ! 🙌🏾 I won a free mc cafe that I have not redeemed but yea a!
