Great service, good prices, ok food, NOT ok “Honest to goodness fee” ! I’ve been to Chuck’s in Niagara Falls and it was a much better experience. The large TV’s are definitely great to watch the game. Calamari was ok, and the dipping sauce is just “sweet chili sauce” which you can buy anywhere. Quesadilla was ok. It tasted sweet, and didn’t have too much chicken inside. Ribeye was cooked nicely, but it was tough. I doubt it’s AAA as they claim it is. Lobster tail was large but it was chewy and flavour wasn’t the greatest. Klondike dessert was pretty good. Basically it’s coffee flavoured ice cream with some Oreo cookie crumbles. Like other reviewers I really didn’t appreciate the 3% fee that they don’t tell you about. That’s just not cool. Prices are low, but you’re getting what you pay for. Unfortunately I can’t recommend going here.

We ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and Buffalo Chicken Burger and both were fresh (aka hot) and delicious! Quick, very pleasant service from Davinder K. Just a note: was very (slightly unpleasantly) surprised by the 3% “honest to goodness fee”. They should just raise prices instead of adding that to the bill.

Was a pretty busy afternoon place was about half full - but there was only two servers and felt they could have hire more staff. The servers were polite and the service was good. Location wise it’s a bar - but the cleanliness could have been better. The table we were sat had some crumbs on the table and also on the seats. Ordered the spinach and goat cheese dip, lobster tail and filet mignon, and also the porterhouse steak. The dip was good and it was hot. The pita break was also baked to a crisp. My only feedback here is the dip can have more spinach in it - as it felt a bit too little. Otherwise it was very enjoyable. All steaks were ordered at med-rare. The lobster and filet mignon ($35) was pretty good - lobster tail was big : but it didn’t taste fresh and probly from frozen, the steak was a little overcooked closer to medium but it was tender and delicious - especially with the Chuck BBQ sauce! I would say it holds its weight for the price. The porterhouse steak came medium instead of medium rare, and was remade after we brought this to our server’s attention into medium rare perfection. Only issue was the cut of the steak - the thing is huge but about 30% of it was bone and tendons which is inedible. Again, for the price hard to complain. Overall felt can have better steak elsewhere, but enjoyed the appetizer. Haven’t tried their ribs and other appetizers yet and they are very well priced. Might come back for drinks with friends but probly not for a meal (lunch or dinner.) Note : be aware of their 3% “honest to goodness” charge which they are not up front about till you pay your bill. (Ironic the name of the charge has the word “honest” in it) did not notice this till after I paid my bill. Ok ok… it’s just a few bucks nothing big - and some may not even notice this. However, I feel the waiters should be up front and tell their customers about this upon their visit. Apparently, charging this fee this is how they keep their menu prices low. (By moving the charge to a fee?)

Loved the food. Everything tasted great. Fresh food.Wish i could put more than 5 stars for Davinder. Such a sweet lady. EDIT: I came again today. It’s weird how servers were letting us know that they would send somebody but never did. I asked for water, it wasn’t served. Cheese sticks didn’t have cheese. Lol. The chicken was cold. The food quality has severely gone down. Server didn’t look too interested until she wanted to remind us about the last call. Extremely disappointed. Won’t come back again.

Always a good time at Chuck’s, food is always great. Prices are to good. Beer from 11-5 is $4 for 18oz can’t beat it, deserts was really delicious too ( not in pictures) watching the euros on the huge TVs as well as cricket or even golf. Staff is attentive and nice, bartender was buzzing and very helpful, place was a decent size clean and has a wrap around patio too.

First time here at this location and it was good overall, we were greeted and our server was awesome she was always attentive to our needs as was to everyone else's. The food was good and expected for the price it is. I wasn't a bit disappointed with the beer because mine was not cold enough but I appreciate that and the server did everything she could to bring me a cold one and to the point she brought a cup of ice. We were always asked if everything was ok and I appreciate that and the staff seemed friendly, I would recommend this location to try out for yourself.

The best Chuck roadhouse to eat in Mississauga. The food is fresh hot ready to go. server Jamie was excellent. She listened carefully and was prompt with the food and accuracy. Everything was great. I come here every night when the hockey game is playing. Best food , quality ,and service.
