As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was drawn in by the rich aroma. I ordered a bowl of spicy rice noodles, and the service was impressively quick. Before long, a steaming hot bowl was placed in front of me. The bright red broth, paired with fresh vegetables and a variety of toppings, looked incredibly appetizing. The first bite was an explosion of flavors—the spicy, numbing, and savory broth instantly hit my taste buds. The spiciness had layers to it, balancing the numbness and heat perfectly. The rice noodles were smooth and tender, cooked just right—not too soft or too firm—and they soaked up the broth beautifully. The spicy kick was unique, providing just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming, making each bite more addictive than the last. The toppings were generous, with tender slices of beef, crunchy bean sprouts, and refreshing vegetables, adding depth and variety to the texture. The overall experience delivered an authentic spicy flavor, combining the fiery heat of Sichuan cuisine with the soft, chewy texture of Yunnan-style rice noodles.

They currently have a promo where you write 5 star reviews for them on Google and little red book and you would get free appetizers. I was apprehensive with all the reviews as I was sure they were all just great because of the promo. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The soup is flavorful and tasty. There was also a decent amount of meat in each of the noodles we ordered. We tried the beef brisket, the minced pork, and the chicken gizzard noodle soups with the spicy soup base. The free appetizers provided were the sour and sweet potatoes and the crispy pork. The pork was very good and had a good amount to the dish for the price it is worth.

Last time we ate this at downtown, can’t wait they open a location at North. Same taste and quality as downtown location. Recommend! Especially during the winter time!

Crispy Pork with Noodle Soup is incredible. Sesame paste just adds too much flavor into it. The crispy pork is super crispy and juicy. Definitely will come again.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! I had the pleasure of trying their flavorful soup with delicate shrimp dumplings, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The broth had the perfect balance of spice and warmth, making every spoonful deeply satisfying. The fresh vegetables added a delightful crunch, while the tender shrimp dumplings melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for authentic, heartwarming cuisine, this place should be at the top of your list. I'll definitely be returning for more!
