Watercolour Mediterranean Restaurant in Unionville exceeded all expectations! I had the perfectly cooked rack of lamb—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My girlfriend indulged in the lobster tail pasta, which was rich, decadent, and full of fresh seafood flavor. To top off the evening, we shared the cheesecake, which was light, creamy, and the ideal sweet finish. The atmosphere was cozy yet upscale, and the staff were attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience unforgettable. A very delightful dining experience in the heart of Unionville. We were seated upstairs close to the window overlooking the Christmas lightings along the street. Food, decor and service are 10 out of 10, we ordered their steak and pasta this time but will definitely come back and try their seafood. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place, had a lovely experience with our server Monica. She was very friendly and service focused. Very knowledgeable about menu and provided great recommendations. Ensured that our waters were filled throughout the night. The truffle pasta was the most delicous one I have ever had.

The way I would describe it: Yorkville quality and food but tucked away in Unionville. The food and service was amazing. I came here for a business lunch and my clients were very happy with the food quality. We ordered 4 apps, everybody got a main dish and we were arguing as to which one had the best main dish! It was all really delicious. I'll certainly be back again with my family. Kudos to the chef!

Quite a creative name for a restaurant. It’s got a beautiful interior and located in Unionville. The ambiance is great and a very nice spot for date nights, big celebrations or even a nice night out. The service was amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Gave us great recommendations. Told us a bit about the sourcing of the ingredients and the recipes. Overall, great experience. Now for the food, I am still not over the baked feta or the zucchini chips. So so good. Definitely recommend getting these for starters. For entree, we got the surf and turf to share and it was more than enough for 2 people and absolutely delicious! Everything is on the pricier side so just beware of that before you go.

Lovely restaurant! We came with family and was seated upstairs, server was pleasant, took our order and wine/food came fairly quickly. We had the kale salad, fried calamari, pork belly as appetizers, and had lamb chops, tomahawk steak, and pastas as mains. All were very tasty and fresh. Price among average to slightly higher for Main Street Unionville, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Watercolour, highly recommended!

We decided to try Watercolour last night to celebrate an anniversary and we could not have been happier. The restaurant itself was nothing short of incredible, the decor was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. The service was incredible and our server could not have done a better job, he helped us with the menu, suggested specials and he was right. We had the calamari to start, I had the rack of lamb and my girlfriend had the pasta special. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. The cheesecake for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal. We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely be back again. Five stars.

Me and my boyfriend came on a Sunday evening with a reservation. It was a rainy day so we had to bring an umbrella, and the hostess was kind enough to set it aside for us. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with beautiful furniture and warm background. The food itself was amazing. My photos make the food look deceptively small, but me and my partner were stuffed (and I would say we were pretty hungry). Prices are higher than what you'd expect, but I guarantee you the portions are generous and the flavour is spot on. The calamari was cooked perfectly, and my Lobster Targatellie was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend's lamb was cooked splendidly with good seasoning and VERY GENEROUS portion. Well worth the money. For dessert the raspberry cheesecake was great to finish the meal. Harper our server was attentive and kind to give us recommendations on what to order for drinks and food, super kind and helpful. This restaurant is a happy addition to my list for romantic dinner date nights!
