Such a vibe! Perfect for photos and small gatherings or little celebrations. So classy and the lighting is everything. Food is pretty ok, nothing crazy, portions are pretty good too (just don’t get the matcha raspberry ice cream thing… just skip it) 😅 Drinks are pretty good too! Service was good, friendly staff. Overall definitely come for some great pics and vibes! ⭐️

I had the pleasure of dining at Valerie Toronto and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance set the perfect tone like cozy, elegant and lively. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring we felt cared for throughout our visit.

Had a wonderful dinner at Valerie with my family. We were served by wonderful staff who catered to one of my family member’s allergy. The food served was amazing, especially the XO fried rice which surprisingly was vegan. Where we were seated had an amazing view of the city and of Lake Ontario. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at Valerie.

My party of 3 decided to try out Valerie for the first time, and probably the last. Upon entry, we were very politely greeted by the woman at the front reception who quickly got us seated at the bar where we had Sergio as our waiter/bar tender. Sergio was amazing, he was super knowledgeable and quick to pointing out recommendations and very friendly. Cocktails were also very good. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. We were seated beside someone who clearly worked there, she had servers/staff all around her, however they completely ignored us. It felt like we were in a staff lounge as the new guy. It was very strange. After we placed our order for food, it took some time to get to us and when it did the food runner did not know what he was bringing us, and when one of our party members addressed the concern of wait time and asked what was brought as he had dietary restriction, the server just said “I don’t know” and “ok”. There was zero concern nor care about it. People were more consumed with the cool staff party going on beside us. Food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for anything more than a cocktail.

The views are everything!! Food was pretty good. Everything seemed a bit heavy on the salt but overall was really good. I forgot to take pics of the rest of the food we ordered. We were a little on the hungry side.

The view is spectacular and you can’t get enough of it. When we went, there was live music which was great. My only complaint regarding the ambiance was that the restaurant was weirdly quiet and empty. When the singer took breaks, it was completely quiet. The food and drinks were quick to come out. The food is very average with nothing really standing out. I would recommend this place just to get a quick drink and enjoying the view. The service is where I would give 1/5. The staff especially our server was rude and not talking or welcoming us. We could hear that she is talking to some tables so she might have had her favourites. She was no where to be found, and not once checked on us. We had to flag her multiple times. Although the food came right away, our server forgot to bring any utensils, so we had to attempt to flag her for 15 minutes for another server noticing us and helping us out. This is while the restaurant was completely empty and she had only two tables to attend to. The balcony is a great place to take pictures but the seating arrangements were odd, as people were allowed to move the chairs and tables however they liked, which it completely blocked the spot to take pictures with the view. I am not sure if the groups seating in the balcony were guests of the hotel or not, but seemed like this place is a hangout spot for the guests and the restaurant staff can’t say anything. When we went to try to take pictures, there was a group of 15 guys just seating around and staring at us. We tried to visit the other balcony with the pool but we were quick to get kicked out because apparently it was only for the guests of the hotel. The parking is limited, so if you are visiting on Friday or Saturday night, keep in mind that most likely parking will be full, and you have to park in the BMO field which is like a 5 minute walk and costs $15.

Went for 3pm which was a streamlined menu mainly with all shareable items. Full menu begins later. We reserved patio but when we got there they said it is closed until later. So they gave us a table inside. Wanted Chicken Kaarage but the lunch menu replacement is Fried Tokyo chicken. It was pretty good. The beef noodles were okay as well. Drinks apparently were not stocked this day. I ordered Sapora, they said they ran out. Asked for Stella, said it ran out. So they gave me a craft beer/cider which was alright. Didn't bother asking for another drink. Overall a decent place. Probably won't go back.

Lovely place! Came here for a drink and it was awesome. Friendly staff, welcoming and no fuss. Beautiful views of the city, rooftop was a great vibe. A nice selection of cocktails and love their food menu especially the Korean chicken! Will definitely come back!
