Tut's Egyptian Street Food

We tried Tut’s in Oakville, it is Egyptian street food, was very tasty and the place has some games to kill the time. Service is good and quick Fries had really good seasoning, give it a try.

This place gets the podium spot for awesome sandwiches. The shrimp sandwich is to die for, the kofta, liver, chicken are all great sandwiches. The sauce is put just right, and the thing that stands out is that each sandwich is a small two-bite or three-bite size Put in a small rectangle container, you can get a 2 sandwich or 3 sandwich combo. The only issue is that the fries do not live up to the standard of the sandwiches. They are okay-ish but not crunchy or flavorful enough. The sandwiches though, are just brilliant and so different from the other fare you get at other places. Plenty of seating places inside.

If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would definitely do . The atmosphere in this place just amazing the idea to have an air hockey and football game good for kids and even adults . It will keep them busy and having fun rather than just waiting for the food 🙂. The design and colours for the place just unique and reflect the Egyptian culture . The service amazing very friendly and respectful. The food I enjoyed it and my kids they loved it so much I tried the cauliflower, grilled and crispy chicken my favorite was cauliflower sandwich the taste is so good and the kids love the crispy . Thank you for the beautiful place and amazing food both together reflect it as a good experience and definitely will come back again . Highly recommend 🙏

Clean place for a quick bite. Staff are friendly. There are some game tables to play inside. We only ordered the fried and grilled chicken sandwiches. Both were good.

Food was AMAZING!! I love the concept of this business with the way they bring cultural variety into the area as well as the foosball and air hockey tables for those who want to hang out and grab a quick and portable bite. I ordered three sandwiches, beef sausage, liver, and shrimp. I swapped the tahini sauce for garlic sauce on the liver and spicy mayo on the shrimp. All the sandwiches were delicious, the buns it came on were super light and soft, and had the perfect amount of sauce so it wasn’t super messy to eat. My favorite between the three was surprisingly the liver, it’s SO flavorful and different from what’s available in the area. I’d suggest getting garlic sauce on it instead of tahini like I did! Surprisingly the green chili wasn’t super spicy (coming from someone with a low spice tolerance), it added a nice kick. Shrimp sandwich came with 6 pieces of breaded and fried shrimp and was also really good. I would ask for extra cilantro next time for a boost of flavor. Beef sausage I found to be the most packed out of the three, the special mustard they use complimented it really well but I probably wouldn’t order again because it’s not the type of filling for a sandwich I’m crazy about (it was still really good though). Atmosphere is so colorful and inviting, perfect for a casual date or hangout spot and is also super clean. Service was also really sweet the guy working the register was so patient with all my questions and modification requests and made sure I liked my food. :) Pricing in my opinion I do think is a little steep for what you get although it was still a great experience. I got 3 sandwiches no side no drink for $16.92, and they are small (slightly bigger than a king’s hawaiian roll). My favorite thing about this place is how you can mix and match sandwiches without any upcharge for “premium” proteins like how some other places are. However I would definitely be back to try a liver and rice bowl!

Me and my friends new favourite hangout place for quick delicious bites . My favorite sandwiches are the grilled chicken, fried chicken, shrimp and beef liver. They have free foosball and air hockey games too, how cool is that!

Love love love this place! I came with my family and we tried the sandwiches (grilled chicken, fried chicken, fried shrimp, sausages, and the kofta) and the chicken tenders too… they were all delicious! Perfect size to try more than one. So full of flavour! We then ended it with the zalabiya Nutella! Wow what a dish! If I wasn’t full, I would have definitely had more! Food was delicious and it’s a definite comeback! ❤️

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. ... loved the food here. We almost tried everything on the menu and everything was just amazing! It's our new goto restaurant when it comes to delicious sandwiches!
