Under challenge people were served from their bowling league was served very badly. Meat balls were very un tasteful and the food was delivered late after 2 hrs. I was very apauled hearing of this service. And other people weren’t very impressed with their service and adequacy as well. Was born and raised in welland and was shocked to hear of this. So sad.

Always love the rex, we only do takeout! Always friendly service at the pizza alley! Sometimes they put the wrong olives on but they make a new pizza without any hesitation and let us keep the one with the wrong toppings!

The Rex is one of those places you hope never changes. It's been our family's favourite pizza for decades. Welland pizza at its finest, and that's saying something. Great place to hang out, too.

The pizza and wings were spot on—if you love thin crust, this place is a must-try! Darlene, our server, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, even when half our group couldn't decide on drinks, lol. Bruno, the owner, was also very welcoming and approachable. A big thank you to everyone for making my brother's 30th birthday a memorable success!

I ordered two party trays for my family, the pizza was decent it had potential to be really good however I found it was undercooked and super super greasy. The customer service on the other hand was just terrible. I won’t come back because of Dawson.

Last time I went I got the pasta. Didn't take pics. Sorry. But the pasta I heard was spot on so, I got it. I got the Manicotti and it came with fresh bread. We started the meal with brushetta bread which was also very good. I've had the pizza numerous times. Never a disappointment! The Rex has been doing S%$* right for a long time. Keep up the great food and service.

Met up with a large group of ladies mid-week for lunch. The dining area was an eclectic mix of Welland memorabilia which added to experience. Many of us ordered pizza which was delicious but I ordered the Ricotta Gnocchi with a Rose Sauce and it was absolutely fabulous!!! Portion was large, made in-house as well and you could tell. Our server was the only person waiting on tables was organized and cheerful. Sadly I’ve forgotten her name. We all enjoyed ourselves we are returning next month for lunch and we’re looking forward to it!
