5 stars for the excellent service and atmosphere Our server Margaret was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the food options. She was going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was great! We were impressed as well with the Christmas decorations which gave such a cozy and festive atmosphere!

I work for long term care home and we took residents for lunch at this location and we were so amazed by the entire team and their service for our residents. Lisa was our server and she made sure that our dine in experience goes smooth. She was very welcoming helped us right from the entrance by holding up the door and was very accurate and patience with her service. Would highly recommend this location for all people who are looking welcoming service for people in wheelchair or who needs any kinda assistance.

My friend and I just had a fabulous meal at this Swiss Chalet location. Tasos was such a great server: friendly, attentive, helpful. He is an absolute joy. Please ask for him when you come!

A great place to meet with your family to enjoy a delicious meal together in a clean, friendly, well-run restaurant. We were very satisfied with our meal; we were especially happy to have Margarite as our server. She was hospitable, happy and efficient. Thank you Swiss Chalet, Burlington, we will be back again! I went to Swiss chalet today around 7pm, and I was nicely greeted by this one worker (so glad I got her name) Madeline. She had amazing work ethic and was on top of everything making my quick visit seem so easy and amazing. We need more people like her in the work force and she was an amazing delight to my day. Will definitely be coming back, and I hope to see she is working again!

Great go-to for the family dinner. The kids love the menu and the "treasure chest" of toys after their meal. Amy is our regular server - always friendly and efficient! Its like a friend serving us dinner. Thanks for looking after us! This is the top Swiss Chalet in Burlington.
