The person at the cash was super friendly, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. The food was amazing, and the portions were more than generous. My wife and I came in and tried two of their subs—we both loved them. Definitely worth a visit!

Substreet, located across from Heeva Supermarket, provided an excellent experience! We ordered two sandwiches, Bandari Sausage and Philly cheese Steak, and both were absolutely delicious. The quality, freshness of the ingredients, and portion sizes were perfect. The owner was incredibly friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. They offered us a 20% discount on our order, and as a bonus, we also received a side of crispy, tasty chips for free. The restaurant’s atmosphere was clean and inviting. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Substreet Sandwiches knocked it out of the park! I tried one of their subs and a hot dog, both of which were packed with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The bread was perfect—soft but sturdy enough to hold all the goodness together. The sides were just as impressive! The creamy coleslaw was rich and tangy, the cheese chips were crispy and indulgent, and the basil seed mango juice drink was a unique, refreshing treat that tied everything together. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick bite or a casual hangout. I’d driven past a few times and glad I finally stopped in. Really tasty! I had the King St. and it was great. The bread was so much better than you’d get at any chain sandwich shop - a nice mixture between crusty and soft. Meat was really flavourful and the fresh chips were a really nice addition!
