I recently visited for the first time and had an outstanding experience! Our server Faith was truly exceptional - her warm personality and thoughtful recommendations helped make our meal special. Every dish she suggested was fantastic, showcasing her excellent knowledge of the menu. The food was absolutely amazing, living up to all expectations. Despite being busy, the restaurant maintained a comfortable atmosphere that never felt overcrowded. Faith's attentive service and genuine care really stood out, and she deserves special recognition for making our first visit so memorable. I'll definitely be returning, and I hope to be seated in Faith's section again!

Recently, we celebrated a guest’s birthday at this restaurant, and while the initial impressions were mixed, the evening turned out to be truly enjoyable. At the entrance, we were greeted by a hostess with a red bow in her hair (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). Her greeting wasn’t particularly warm, and it gave us the impression that we weren’t entirely welcome there. However, everything changed thanks to two servers who took care of our table. One of them was Boris, and we would like to give them a special shout-out. Their attitude, professionalism, and genuine friendliness created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for us. They constantly checked in to see if we were enjoying the food and drinks, going above and beyond to make the evening unforgettable. I ordered an espresso martini, which initially disappointed me because of the excessive foam. When I asked for the drink to be replaced, Boris attentively listened to my feedback, and the bartender remade the cocktail — this time, it was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much if you’re reading this! As for the food: I ordered a steak. It was very tasty, but the mushroom sauce slightly overpowered the flavor of the meat. It would be more convenient if the sauce were served separately or perhaps paired with mashed potatoes. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredibly cozy. Even though our table was located near the open kitchen, there were no noticeable food smells, which speaks to the high quality of the ventilation system. The room temperature was also comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, the evening left us with very positive impressions thanks to the wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive staff. I had an excellent dining experience at scaddabush, largely due to our exceptional server, Michelle. From the moment we were seated, they made us feel welcome with a warm smile and friendly greeting. Throughout the meal, Michelle was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were refilled promptly and checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. They maintained a positive attitude, even during a busy time, and handled a slight mix-up with our order professionally and efficiently. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to have Michelle take care of us again!

Arriving earlier than our reservation, we were promptly seated in a charming booth, setting the tone for an excellent dining experience. Our waiter was attentive and personable, enhancing the meal from start to finish. We began with the spicy funghi pizza, followed by the truffle mushroom mafalde and the sausage & fennel rigatoni for mains. Each dish impressed with exceptional quality, thoughtful presentation, and generous portions. We left thoroughly satisfied and delighted. This location outshines the Mississauga branch, delivering superior taste and craftsmanship in its pasta dishes. Highly recommended.

I recently enjoyed a terrific weekday lunch at this gem of an Italian bistro. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between funky and cozy, with decor that brings a contemporary twist to the classic Italian vibe. To start, I ordered a "small" Caesar salad that was pretty large — fresh, crisp, with just the right amount of tangy dressing. For the main course, I had the chicken parmesan - it was delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, topped with a rich, gooey layer of cheese, while the pasta on the side was creamy, smooth, and served piping hot—a delightfully generous portion that felt like true comfort food. I rounded off the meal with their tiramisu, which, though not oversized, was just the right portion to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was everything you want in a tiramisu: silky, sweet, and a perfect end to the meal. My server, Liz, was outstanding—friendly and attentive. This is one of the best Italian spots I’ve found, a place where authentic flavours and warm hospitality come together beautifully. Can’t wait to come back here.

Been here 2 times now and everything about this place is great! The portion sizes are big, price is reasonable for the quality of food as well. There can be a wait sometimes if you don’t have a reservation, but it is definitely worth it. The mushroom truffle pasta and the sausage and fennel pasta is to die for. They also hand make their mozzarella every day. The customer service as well is great, the servers know their stuff and are really helpful with any questions you have. 10/10

I had been to this location before as this is one of my favourite restaurants, but this time was different. My mother and I were travelling out of town for a medical appointment and decided to stop in for dinner, and received the absolute BEST service from our waitress Liz!!! She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. We even ended up bonding over our love for travel and country music. On top of that, the food was AMAZING. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend! Hope to see our waitress again too!
