We had the best family lunch for my birthday on December 27, 2024! We were in Niagara Falls for a hockey tournament and we come to the Rainforest cafe every time we are in town! Angie was the best server! Very polite and kind! Fast and efficient! Thank you for the fun and a must memorable birthday lunch! I had the taco salad, the oldest son had the pulled pork burger and my partner and youngest had the chicken fingers (real chicken!) and fries! So good - huge portions. We had left overs!!

Our kids have wanted to go for a long time. The atmosphere is fun, but from the moment you arrive the service is lacking. The hostess doesn’t smile, and took ages to get us seated on an empty Monday. They gave us one colouring page and we had to ask multiple times for enough things for the kids. The food tastes good, but is majorly overpriced

This was not my first time here at rainforest cafe but it was still an amazing experience! The food was pretty good and the service was perfect with me and my family’s waiter, Nev. She was really nice and checked in on us once in a while. The atmosphere was amazing with the feel of an actual rainforest and its realistic animals! Overall this experience is a five star for me!

We are not really into these theme restaurants but my son and daughter-in-law wanted to go. They were busy on a Monday night so must be doing okay. We were seated but no one came to the table for almost 15 minutes. I finally tracked down a manager and he sent a wait staff over, some quite young boy. He did okay. We found the food really overpriced, but maybe it’s the location on Clifton Hill. The food quality is okay. The overall experience is fine I guess, kind of difficult to see your menu as the lighting is quite dim, for effect I suppose. So lots of smart phone lights on. Anyway, one and done.

I was nervous to come here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that it was not at all like the reviews. The waitress Nevwas amazing! She was so nice, she checked in frequently and was consistent! The service was quick and food was delicious (and hot). I noticed more than halfway through my pasta that I received penne instead of linguine like I ordered and mentioned it to the waitress but told her it was fine it was still delicious, She insisted on remaking it for me to make it right and I was able to take that home. She also gave my son free birthday ice cream! If you come here ask for Nev! They even have some souvenir cups at a great price! That are so cool. My son said they have the best French fries he has ever had and is so excited to use the cup to put snacks in the bottom at home

My dining experience at Rainforest has always been a good one, no matter which State or city, but first time in Canada, and I must say it's pretty consistent as the States. My Chicken Salad was awesomely delicious and filling with good portion size...service was attentive and well timed. The ambience and atmosphere at this Niagra Falls location was just as lovely as their jungle themed decor is known for...a lively and entertaining restaurant for the whole family.

Food was great and the experience was amazing. We had Joan P as our waitress and she was the best waitress I ever had in my life, and also the happiest worker at the restaurant. She was so kind, and interacted great with our whole group. One of the kids spilled their drinks and she helped and also easily split up our bills for a group of 9.

Atmosphere was great...the animals and ambiance was great. The time to ne seated was good.The server was excellent.The vibe was vibrant. The food was just okay. Loved the cheese and spinach dip. Steak was a but dry despite being medium rare.The cola tasted awful. The mozzarella sticks were stiff and some cold. The wings were nice. The fries looked fresh cut but they tasted store bought. The chicken sandwich was just okay. The prices are the worst part of the visit. The value of what we ate to the cost is astronomical. Experienced it as a novelty ..won't return. Not worth it.
