I believe it's important to share my experience with this company in hopes of encouraging improvement, especially considering my previous loyalty as a customer over the last two months, during which I've spent over $500 on orders. Recently, I encountered an unexpected situation that prompted me to reach out to customer service to request a pause on my subscription until I return. Additionally, I mistakenly placed an order twice, and while I appreciate that customer service informed me I’d receive two weeks' worth of food, I was hoping to clarify that I wouldn't be charged for upcoming weeks since I'll be out of the country. However, I may not have communicated my situation as clearly as I intended. I had sent two separate emails about pausing my account, and I found my interaction with Fiona, the customer service representative, to be less than satisfactory. I believe that respectful and supportive communication is essential in customer service, and I felt that our exchange was somewhat discouraging. I hope that my feedback can help the company enhance its customer service approach, but I will be cancelling my subscription due to this unfortunate situation.

I really enjoy my weekly delivery of healthy meals. I have been using Protein Chefs for over a year and they always deliver delicious meals, lots of variety and full of healthy vegetables! They have great customer service and answer calls and emails very quickly. Highly recommend.

Each meal is expertly packaged and always delivered on time, ensuring you get fresh, flavourful food without any hassle. Say goodbye to boring chicken and broccoli. They offer a diverse menu featuring global flavours like cabbage rolls, shawarma plates, and butter chicken. I get bored easily and it's nice to have variety. Their customer service is top-notch, with quick response times and meticulous attention to detail. Having tried many meal services in Ottawa, Montreal, and Toronto, I can confidently say Protein Chef stands out as the best. I love their salmon and steak dishes. When I get my meals shipped to Ottawa, they always arrive cold and the ice packs are still frozen. Don't miss out on this incredible service!

I love that the Protein Chefs meals arrive FRESH not frozen. They have options for any dietary restrictions, ie. keto, paleo, athlete, vegan. Plus the menu changes twice a week for a nice variety of flavours. I added a picture of the Grilled Flank Steak with Sweet Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. It was one of my favourites and so delicious. I like that they use local Ontario produce as well. Definitely recommend trying them!

Ordered a couple of meals to try them out. Chicken Adobo with rice noodles and vegetables was delicious! Would highly recommend! The meals are packaged well and easy to heat and eat. Can’t wait to try some dessert!!!

The delivery was very quick and the meals arrived at my door in a box that kept them cool! This was so helpful! I’ve had two meals so far (waffles and a pasta) and both tasted pretty good!
