Palace Pizza & Spaghetti House

The pizza crust is buttery, crispy, and flaky. Sauce is on point. Cheese and toppings are fresh and delicious. My pizza was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent.

Both of my sons and I have always enjoyed Palace Pizza. Under new ownership, the top notch quality of food remains, and the artwork and ambience is terrific. We'll be back again and again.

My daughter was having a birthday party down on Main Street. They said it would be best for the pizza to come earlier in the day then they do the activity - I called a few places and this was the ONLY place they said they’d accommodate and open a bit early to make it happen. That to me is amazing customer service ❤️. On the way we had a lot of changes and I even asked if they could deliver which was no problem. Thank you soooooo much for the amazing customer service you 1000% have a customer for life Also the pizza is amazing!

Great pizzas. We had the canadian pizza a Hawaiian pizza and the one I enjoyed was the butter chicken pizza. I love the fact that this restaurant has a mixture of flavors. We also had a large poutine that we shared. The cheese and gravy was spot on. I wish the fries were fresh cut but hey it's a pizza place. I would still order it again. I will try the pastas next time. The service was very good. Polite and attentive. We would like to see a fusion section in the pasta choices. Like a butter chicken pasta and maybe a masala pasta. Just something different. We like both Italian style and Indian. Overall we all enjoyed the pizzas and my kids liked the oreo shakes. They just wanted the milk shakes BIGGER. Lol. I will go back and try more of the menus choices. I would recommend this pizza place. I think they will continue to improve their menu. They seem excited to please their customers and try new things. Good job guys.

Ordered the "Chicken nuggets and fries" which cost me $18.95. after around 20min I asked where my food was and I was told they forgot. They said sorry, put my food in, and offered me a free drink. After another 20min my food came out and this is what I was served. I politely asked for a full refund as I was appalled by the lack of service and value. The women at the register called her manager and told me she could refund me $4. I again asked for a FULL refund. She then gave me $15 and as I was leaving asked for the food back. I gave her the box and went on my way.

Decided to stop by this historical Newmarket spot. Was told that the long-time owner got rid of it to go see if it's still the same. The new owner said that he kept everything the Same didn't change anything. It's not your great gourmet Pizza. It's a good pizza. That'll get through the day and get the trick done. If you're having a birthday party or friends over for the game or a poker night, sometimes these are the pizzas we need as we're not always going to get gourmet pizzas or top-notch pizzas for our get togethers

During the time that I start trying to taste different foods and especially pizza 🍕, this place is one the top ten. Originally Italian and I guess it’s a family business. I tried the small pizza which I can say it’s enough for two people and as it is clear in the picture, I can say $13 is nothing for this high quality pizza. It tastes heaven 🤩 Next time I will try their pasta and I will update 🤪
