Original shawarma

The first time writing a review for a restaurant, and it's all because of the amzing experience i had. I was there this afternoon. The leady at the cashier was so patient and kind while taking my mom's order. My mom is older and takes her time, but the cashier explained the menu with warm attitude. It's rare to see such thoughtful customer service these days. The food was amazing everything fresh and flavorful. Thank you. Highly recommend!

Amazing doesn't describe this place enough!! It was packed inside and I totally understand why. The food was delicious and prepared so quickly. Watching them prepare the food made us even hungrier. I recommend this place for everyone to try!!! Get the platter (such a great value for families or friends). Can't wait to go back.

The best shawarma restaurant in Hamilton, the taste is great, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the reception is excellent. The shawarma is very delicious and the chef is very excellent. He serves the most delicious dishes. He is really the best in Ontario.

I’ve visited this place twice, and unfortunately, I found their chicken shawarma to be below average. The dressing, especially the hot sauce, was full of food coloring and didn’t taste good at all. They also overdid it with the white sauce, which threw off the balance of flavors. Overall, I think the place is a bit overrated. That said, their beef shawarma was much better, definitely above average compared to other places I’ve tried. However, I had some of their other beef and chicken meals, and both were disappointing. The beef one, in particular, was terrible — it was mostly bones with very little meat, and the meat that was there seemed stripped off the bones, leaving mostly joints and bones! It was barely edible. While the restaurant is highly rated, I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. The only highlight is the friendly staff, especially the lady who takes orders. Other than that, the food just didn’t live up to the hype.

Came here on August 25, 2024. Wow. What a great value !!! This review is based on their Special Lamb family meal around $43. Huge platter! Very juicy tender sliced lamb and surprisingly tender crispy fried chicken tender. I did not know the platter include chicken tender. They say it feeds 3 people but honestly I think it’s good for 4 people if you want to finish all the fries and pita bread. They include big container of hummus and pink pickle as well. The good: 1. Juicy lamb in a wrap. Not a lot of sauce that overpower the meat. All pure lamb flavor. If you like lamb this is a must-buy 2. We did take out and when we pay with debit they didn’t ask for tips. I like vendors that don’t over push for tips even for take out. 3. Get the family meal. It’s between $43-60 but it’s way better value than individual wraps. Trust me. Will come back again for platters for sure.

Unacceptable Service and Misleading Advertising I went here today to get the special offer for grilled on rice regular, which was advertised on their screen as $8.99 plus tax. However, when I asked for it, they just flat out said “NO,” without even bothering to apologize. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It feels like they’re misleading customers with false advertising. Very disappointed.

Disgusting food like nasty not sure how they have rating probably fake and bought or asked friends or family to post because the food is not up to mark especially the sauces Never coming here again. So salty the hot sauce is nasty low quality food the shawarma chicken is so hard like not sure what is happening here. I have tried better shawarma places and this is at the bottom like very nasty, disgusting , salty.just GROSS I am feeling sick after eating this. Please check the quality of the sauces and food. Wasted my money.
