NJOY SHAWARMA

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Was presently impressed by the chicken shawarma. The meat was cut fresh off the spit so the meat stayed juicy. The sauces were plentiful and impactful. The few down points was that the bread could be a bit more chewy but they used a premade package bread so it's not in their control. And the bottom was not closed so the ingredients spilled out near the end. Would come back!

There were two guys running the restaurant on this 1st visit. I ordered a mixed wrap and a mixed shawarma plate on two separate days. The plate was very generous with the portion size. The rice however was plain and colourless and flavorless. The price is normal in today's market. On my 2nd visit, there was only 1 person working. The wrap was just average at best. It was not wrapped well and most of the ingredients would fall out. The quality of how it was out together was far worse than the plate.

Might be my new favourite spot to stop by for some shawarma. The staff were very receptive and kind, and the food is absolutely delicious. Generous portions (although I paid extra for double the chicken) and with its own twist on what shawarma should be. To add, the hot sauce is so good - not too hot but packed with flavour.

This is a pretty good place to get some shawarma. The chicken and beef plates are really good. Employees are good too. Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

CANT BEAT THE SHAWRAMA, SERVICE or SARDAR (owner). This new restaurant is quickly becoming one of my favourites. The service is so genuine and friendly and really makes you feel welcome when you step into the restaurant regardless of whether this is your first time or 10th time (like me). Sardar - the owner - has a great way to make you feel comfortable and explains the menu to you so that you understand what are favourites and what might be good for you to try. He has also gone above and beyond and included a free drink because he knew that I was going to be splitting the Shawarma plate with my wife before. Speaking of the Shawarma, the food here is absolutely amazing. The portions are out of control. The taste is perfect and the ingredients are always fresh. Can’t beat the taste & even though I’m a big guy I can never finish a full meal by myself so you know that the portions are extremely generous. Lastly, the spot treats your food like they were cooking truly just for you they let you customize your meal your salad, your sauces exactly to what you want. Seriously do yourself a favour and try this out. My favourite is the Chicken Shawarma on the fries.
