I had an amazing experience at neighbour shawarma. The poutine I ordered was really good.The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely a great place to enjoy delicious shawarmas.

I order from this location all the time and I’m always very satisfied. However tonight was the exception. I found a rock in the middle of my falafel. I called the store to let them know and the only solution they had has to give me 6 falafels. I was very turned of from my dinner tonight I wouldn’t want more falafel after this incident.

What a shame. Today is 14th of December after Government pause the tax on restaurants take out. But this location is still taking tax. Going to complain tax and revenue department that they are not following the law👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hi I ordered the falafel wrap the person at counter took the order as shawarma wrap, I expected it is a veggie wrap. I ended up getting beef wrap. I asked the people inside they said shawarma is beef, I am confused. And walked out from store without food and just bill. Had a very very bad experience

(I got delivery) Food was delivered nice and hot within a reasonable amount of time. I got the large chicken shwarma with rice. The portion size was BIG. The take out container was heavy, like carrying a baby. The food had a good amount of sauce and flavour. It was delicious! The only thing I would tweak is for it to have a little less rice and a bit more chicken. Will definitely order from here again!

I don’t know how made it but what i know all people eating shawarma rice because the white sauce on the top. There is only 3 lines white sauce and if you need more you have to pay extra!! Is it normal?

Overall I like neighbor shawarma, until i ended up going to Uppwr Ottawa location. Today I bought large Shawarma rice and Large fries. Quantity was less than what I get from Raymal road location, both Rice and fries. Edit- Rating went down when from 3 to 1 when I was unfortunate to go upper Ottawa branch again… very dry shawarma wrap and the lady ( the one who has been working there for quite sometime) takes the order as she is distributing food for free … I will never come to this branch….

I disagree with their policy that they won't sell only naan bread which is completely senseless. I was in to buy 2 PCs but had to leave empty handed. Not returning anytime soon. The food otherwise is good in general except the stuff keeps falling out of the bread and the garlic sauce lacks taste.
