We ordered a platter of lamb mendi for over 12 people for a get together this new year. The way the food was packed and how hot it was when we started eating was amazing. Really happy with the restaurant and the food was top notch, can’t wait to dine in when we get the time. Thank you.

Mona Saba is a top-notch Yemeni restaurant, and there Lamb Mandi is a standout dish. Every time I’ve had it catered, it’s been a huge hit—tender lamb, flavorful rice, and perfectly balanced spices. Out of all the Mandi’s I’ve tried, this one is by far the best. The service is friendly, fast, and efficient, and the decor is authentic and clean. If you're in the area, Monasaba is a must-try!

A cozy place for a quick bite. Authentic Yemeni food made with love and passion. You can see it before you can taste it. Service is awesome and courteous. Sometimes you will need to wait to be seated, since it gets busy around dinner time, and more so on weekends. Portions are larger than expected, and price was very well normal. I would recommend this place if you are trying different cuisine for the first time.

Monasaba is a hidden gem in Mississauga! The authentic Yemeni HALAL cuisine here is simply outstanding. The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend trying the Lamb Mandi, and Harissa – they are cooked to perfection. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the quality remains top-notch. This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. Highly recommend!

Amazing Yemeni Cuisine and Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Yemeni restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. Every dish we tried was a delight, from the tender lamb to the fragrant rice and the deliciously spiced sauces. A special shoutout to Farooq, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. His friendly demeanor and attentive service were top-notch. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. The other staff member also provided exceptional service, making sure our glasses were never empty and that we were comfortable throughout our meal. Thank you, Farooq, for your outstanding service and for making our visit so memorable. Great Yemeni cuisine! Ordered the chicken mandi and fatta tamer. The chicken was delicious and went well with the large amount of jewelled rice it came on, definitely great portions. I recommend getting all the topings as the almonds and fried onions add a nice crunch while the raisins provide just a little sweetness with each bite. The fatta tamer was super sweet and full of dates, it had maybe a little too much creme on top, but it was adorable how it was shaped like a heart! Good parking, nice staff and quick service. Will be going back to try some more!

One of my favorite place to eat Arab (Yemeni) food. It is quite near to our home and usually no traffic to get there. The place is very comfy and the staff are very helpful and patient with us when taking our orders. Since we are Indonesian, we have little experience eating Arabic food thus we ask a lot of questions and they answer each one of them. On our second visit, they even give us a beverage tester and keep on checking on us, how we are doing and all that. Most importantly, we enjoy the food. The portion is very generous and the taste is delicious. We don't have to wait too long for the food. We love the toppings, raisin, nut and fried onion (or shallots). And now we kinda know which dish is our favorite, it's the double lam dish. We also tried the beef qolabat (sorry if I got the spelling wrong), it was so good. They served it with their roti, o it was delicious. I couldn't stop eating it. They also sell some Arabic soda beverages. We tried, well I tried, a couple of them and they were nice. If the meal and beverages are not enough, they have plenty of choice of desserts. My wife and daughter love trying them. Each visit, they would buy different ones.
