We were there on Christmas Day and it was absolutely packed. The employees did an amazing job of working through all the reservations and waiting people to efficiently get people to their tables and providing a good environment amidst the chaos. Every employee was working hard to make sure everything was up to scratch from the plates and food being refilled constantly so it was fresh and available to clearing tables and bringing drinks quickly. The food was good and fresh and everything was expected from a branch of the Mandarin. I would recommend this location if you ever want to visit the Mandarin for a good experience.

Today I had lunch here, and there were many diners. A child vomited, and the vomit splashed directly onto my coat and sweater. The waiter told me that the manager would come to resolve the issue. About half an hour later, the manager arrived and told me that this incident was not the restaurant's responsibility, and they had no obligation to compensate me. They could only offer a 10% discount on this meal and a free meal voucher for one person. The manager even suggested that I should negotiate directly with the child's guardian. I could not agree with this statement and had no intention of paying less for my lunch. I thought the restaurant should be responsible for dry cleaning my clothes since they were stained with vomit. Unfortunately, the restaurant manager directly avoided their responsibility. I refused their free meal voucher and will not return to this restaurant, as they have no intention of fulfilling their duty to protect their customers.

May 28, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited Mandarin for a birthday celebration, and it was a great experience! The birthday boy got his meal for free, which was a nice treat. I’ve been to a few other Mandarin locations, but this one definitely has the best selection of dishes in the area. The food tasted fresh, the restaurant was clean, we were seated right away, and the service was excellent. It was an enjoyable meal with good friends, and everyone had a great time. If we visit a Mandarin again, it will definitely be at this location!

Had Thanksgiving dinner here with my family and they cooked plastic with my turkey! The food is dry and far from the authentic Chinese food they advertise. Hopefully the service and quality of food improves in the future!

Great food. My server Lu was very friendly and attentive. This location has had some really fresh tasting food. All fresh ave ready to savour. I’m very big on customer service; and I can’t say anything bad about this location 🤩

Thank you Mandarin for yet again another amazing experience!! Love that they get festive during the holidays!! We were ready to eat when the doors opened at 5pm. There was lots of room for the whole family. The food is plentiful in variety and also in flavour. The service was on point and accommodating to all of our dietary needs. The hot towel and fortune cookies at the end of the meal was a nice touch. This location is a great place for a large groups and to celebrate any occasion. Thank you again, We will be back!!

Perfect time for a revisit! I took a relative here for her birthday, and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing selections for lunch! Normally, dinner buffets are where it's at, but the food was plentiful, hot, and fresh! Service was efficient, just slowed down a bit towards the end. The prices are comparable to other buffets, though a bit steep. They do have 20% off for seniors (with ID). The host was gracious enough to sit us closer to the buffet area, in a corner. Plenty of complimentary parking in the plaza. Lunch Monday - Friday: $25.99 Sat/Sun/Holidays: $29.99 Dinner Monday - Thursday: $35.99 Friday/Sat/Sun/Holidays: $39.99
