I visited Kwality Grand Restaurant on December 18th with friends to enjoy their famous buffet. The food and variety were quite good, offering a range of options to suit different tastes. However, the experience was marred by several issues with the service. First, it took an unusually long time—about 20-25 minutes—for them to bring out the naan bread and drinks we had ordered. It was a bit frustrating, especially considering the restaurant's reputation. Additionally, there was a problem with the billing. We split the bill, but they charged us for one extra person. We contacted them to resolve the issue, but even after a week, they have not responded properly. Their lack of effective communication and the inability to track back transactions is disappointing, especially for such a well-known restaurant. It's disappointing to see such poor service and management, which detracts from what could have been a great dining experience. Overall, while the food was decent, the service and communication were far below expectations. I hope they can improve these aspects, as they have the potential to provide a much better customer experience.

We had an amazing time at Great Indian Buffet! The variety of dishes was fantastic, with so many tasty options to pick from. Every dish was full of flavor and felt truly authentic, showing the high quality of the food. The service was excellent as well—staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. If you're craving a great Indian buffet, I highly recommend this place!

This place is spacious, and it wasn’t busy on a weekday evening. The menu had decent options, and the food was delicious. For a change, I tried Puri with goat curry, and it was a one-of-a-kind combination!

Was my first time going to Kwality buffet and I wasn’t expecting anything much, but the place is beautifully decorated with a modern taste. Now for the food you got a good amount of veg and non-veg. What I was really surprised of is that they’ve got order in for the breads and dosa, it’s nice because you get all that freshly done for you. As for the service they were really attentive and had no problems.Overall very good Indian buffet and will be back.

Tried this place for dinner buffet. Good variety to choose from. All the chicken starters tasted good. Both North Indian and South Indian food available, with a separate chats counter.

This was my first time at this location, very well decorated restaurant. Service staff was amazing . I liked their at the table service for some items, this was a unique feature of the restaurant. Tried their buffet, vegetarian dishes were great and most of the non vegetarian dishes were great as well. The only item I didn't like was Goat curry, meat was not Goat. If you love Sweets, there are lots of choices here. Overall it was a great dine in experience. The banquet hall should have a door, it was hard to hear across the table due to the loud music.

We had an incredible experience at Great Indian Buffet! The buffet selection was extensive, with so many delicious options to choose from. Each dish was flavorful and authentic, and we were impressed with the quality of the food. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed. Really delicious food! Must have if you’re craving Indian stuff 🤤 and they’re Halal certified as well! generous portion sizes, good ambience, music was a bit loud but we were too busy indulging in dishes and desserts to care 😅 we had the veg biryani, butter chicken, meats platter and jalebi with rabri… Manek provided great service and made sure things were yummy and fresh. Will come again!
