As always, Randy is an amazing server paying detailed attention to all his customers’ questions. After the meals are delivered, he makes it a point to check in to ensure you’re satisfied with the meal. The more you visit the restaurant, the more he gets used to and familiar with your likes and dislikes and always makes sure you have great experience. I highly recommend visiting Randy at Kelsey’s.

Server Riley was great at the Oshawa location was great. He went out of his way to let us know a big party was about to come. And to make sure we got our order in before they got there. It was very honest and considerate of him. And we got our food quick. Thanks to him and the cooks of course.

I had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s! Mark provided outstanding service, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Mark's friendly and attentive approach truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

All in all food was decent although it did take 45 minutes to take the initial order, followed up with another 20 minutes of waiting for a beverage and then another 30 minutes to receive our food after we ordered, not only did we wait excessively long for food we had zero quality checks and zero water service…Observed a bar staff serving lemons and limes, using their hands, rude and curt with her supervision, just unprofessional behaviour. Having worked in food services for 30+ years I had a hard time discerning if the operation was poorly staffed or service folks really don’t care anymore!

I had an amazing experience at Kelsey’s! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Tiffany. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. She made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Tiffany’s professionalism and cheerful attitude truly made the night special.

We were there for lunch and we ordered chicken wings, chocolate lava cake and strawberry dragon fruit lemonade. food is great. my wife really enjoyed lava cake. The decor is often rustic and looks like a traditional roadhouse, featuring wooden accents, and comfortable seating. There's lot of waiting after ordering chicken wings.They took more than 30 mins to get my chicken wings. I felt like they want me to order few more before they get my order. Service is good but wait time is hell for a single order.

Tiffany’s service to us was amazing! She was kind, helped us when we needed, and overall really great! We all had a great time here at Kelsey’s and she was great dealing with all of us.

I’ve ate at Kelsey’s before but I must say this location is top tier. Our server was Randy & he was a friendly and efficient server. We had 8oz steak and shrimp, rib and wing combo, passion fruit margarita, strawberry gin smash. All of the food was good and fresh - wings breaded were our favourite; they were nice and crispy. My steak was too done for my liking and I told our server and he comped us FREE dessert, which was fantastic! Vibes are good, clean well maintained restaurant with good decor. Perfect date spot or family outing. My only recommendation is please get more dessert options.
