We had combo of Oklahoma and Cheese burgers for $35. Curly fries were delicious and new to us. I also love their chocolate milkshake, it tastes like Iran's milkshake if you want that. But the burgers were so simple and the portion of meat was too small. we both agreed that it wasn't big enough to satisfy your needs. It you are not very hungry, I recommend it but if you are, this place is not a good choice.

I had such a fantastic experience at Jays Burger today! The burger was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and everything came together perfectly. Sita, the cashier, deserves a special mention. She was so welcoming and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my visit even better. If you’re looking for great food and exceptional service, this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back again!

I ordered the Classic and Oklahoma burgers. The Classic patty was noticeably saltier than the Oklahoma patty. While not necessarily bad, I was curious if this is intentional. The curly fries are worth the upgrade, but the cheese on top was too cold and rubbery. I recommend using a different type of cheese or ensuring it's properly melted; otherwise, they’d be better without the cheese. The banana pudding, while flavorful, was overly sweet for my taste. That said, I’d return for the burgers. It’s a decent spot for a new business. The owner seems passionate, and the atmosphere is modern and youthful. I’d love to see more stores like this in the old downtown of Richmond Hill. Conveniently located in front of the theatre, there’s also a parking lot behind the building.

Jay's opened recently and what a great burger joint it is! The smash burger was delicious without being too greasy. And anyone who's a fan of McDonald's style fries will love the skinny fries here. I got to chat with Jay for a bit too, and he's a super friendly guy and looking for feedback to improve his product. This is definitely my new go-to burger place!
