First time popping in here and SO glad we did! Iced latte is strong and delish, service is fantastic, and waffles are fresh and delicious! My ONLY complaint is I wish they opened earlier 😭 100% will be back

After much anticipation, I finally made it to Heaffles Waffles, and the experience was well worth the wait. The cozy, clean atmosphere immediately set a welcoming tone, and I was excited to find the Coconut Rush flavor on the menu. It’s the perfect blend of fresh strawberries, coconut shreds, and Rafaello—absolutely delicious. A nice touch was the staff writing my name in chocolate sauce on the plate, adding a personalized feel to the visit. While I thoroughly enjoyed my sweet waffle, I’d love to see more savory options, like a savory waffle, to balance things out, as a sweet waffle can feel like a lot for a full meal. The drinks were nothing out of the ordinary but the waffle is worth trying for a unique post-meal dessert!

Waffles were good. Fruits/toppings fresh. Nice little café-style atmosphere. The annoying thing is that they have these giant electronic menu screens but they don’t show the full menu. No printed copies or QR codes either. You have to google to see your options. Staff rolled his eyes at me when I asked about the menu and again when asked about beverages other than the coffees on the screen.

I’ve recently moved to Pickering and am so happy that I have discovered this gem. The waffles were so delicious not thick and doughy, they were done to perfection and they looked beautiful as well. The added touch of my name written on the plate Was a pleasant surprise! My girlfriend came from Oakville to meet me and both of us were so content and satisfied!

Visited Heaffles for an afternoon coffee date, and it was such a cute spot. The place is very aesthetically pleasing, and the drinks were great too! We didn’t get any food options so I can’t comment on that but would love to try next time we go as it seems to be popular (many other customer got something to eat while we were there). There’s lots is seating, and the staff is very nice.

I had never been here, though my friends kept insisting we go. Lucky we got a chance last week! Hands down: incredible, friendly service. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and enjoyable. The staff hand not seen my friends, for quite some time, and immediately recognized them. It's a NO pressure, enjoy your stay, have fun environment! What more can you ask for?!! I'm definitely going back. ☕

Today we had the pleasure of visiting Heaffles and it left quite an impression. This European Waffle & Espresso bar is a hidden gem that caters to even the most discerning coffee enthusiasts. The hot and fresh strawberry-, blueberry-, banana-, chocolate-waffle was a standout for me, perfectly complementing my coffee. The service from Arulini was impeccable. All the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about coffee and Waffles. Whether you're seeking a quiet corner to work in or looking to catch up with friends, Heaffles offers the ideal setting. I'll be returning to savor more of their pastries and soak in the welcoming ambiance. Heaffles has earned its place as one of my favorite coffee spots.
