Goldies Cafe + Eatery

The ambiance, food, and service were excellent, but I think the menu could benefit from a few more options to enhance the overall experience.

First time here and I loved it. Drove by and decided to check this cafe out. The food was amazing, the price was a little bit high but the awesome quality of the food correlates to the price. I wish there was a location closer to Brampton or even Etobicoke, so I could go more often. I would recommend everyone to try this place atleast once. The customer service was excellent 10/10 !!

Goldie’s has become a favourite spot of mine, especially for their drinks! The hot and iced caramel macchiatos are deliciously balanced, and the iced matcha latte is perfectly refreshing. Their mimosa flights are also a fun, flavorful treat with a variety of flavours. However, the food can be inconsistent. While some items are fantastic such as their tomato soup, there have been times when the fries were overcooked and dry, and the bacon wasn’t as appetizing as expected. Overall, it’s a great place for drinks and a relaxed vibe, but I hope they work on bringing more consistency to the food quality.

Very cool little spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch! Meals were huge and very good and the Latte & Mimosa floats were something we'd never seen before and make this place quite unique. Would definitely return!

The food here is decent, but pricey. I ordered a breakfast sandwich for $11. I wasn’t a fan of the dry egg but it was edible. The tri colour pasta salad was shockingly sweet and I couldn’t eat it. My friend ordered a French toast board (2 slices, sliced into 4 pieces) for $14.50. This is a self-serve place where you find a seat, go to the counter, order and then collect your beverage. They give you a number and deliver your meal. This may be a great place for some people, but it’s not for me.

The atmosphere was vibrant. We went there to work, but there was a 90-minute stay limit. However, since it wasn't busy, they allowed us to stay longer. We enjoyed a cappuccino and tomato soup, both of which were good. There are plenty of parking spots in front of the cafe.

First time visitor,my friend lives in Ajax and wanted to introduce me to that little spot. At first glance it looks cute and quaint, the food was okay. The cherry tomatoes that were on my plate were Over ripe So I had to leave them on my plate. The hash brown's not at all what I expected, It's described as crispy hash browns and all it is basically basically it's baked potatoes cut in little squares not crispy at all. My friend had ordered The hash browns and it took forever to arrive. The plants on all the tables are dying, they need to be watered, I watered the plant on our table poor thing sucked up the water in 2 secs!!! Please water your plants. I would like to just make more suggestions which will probably help your business. For starters the cutlery is very cheap looking and it looks like someone has been biting on it full of scratches. The bathroom Definitely needs to be cleaner and modernized. The glasses that are on the tables are dirty and full of water marks and the water that is brought to the table as you arrive, that is tap water, it tastes absolutely disgusting, please don't do that if you don't have filtered water do not offer tap water if you're looking not to poison your clientele with chlorine. One last piece of advice when you have patrons with little children who are constantly screaming like we had to endure yesterday your people should be able to ask them nicely and politely to cut that out,for the parents tell those children to stop screaming for no good reason and just behave themselves in public. My friend and I had to endure all that screaming for almost 30 minutes until they finally left and even then when they left the adults were outside the door smoking... so that basically blocks anybody who wants to come in who is not a smoker. So a little bit more care would be definitely good idea. Personally the next time I'm in Ajax I will not be visiting you again I'm sorry I just can't.

Excellent coffee. Food tastes good but the portions seem small for the price. If you can see the egg wrap half I had, is just a little bigger than my spoon. Iliked the mac 'n cheese and tomato soup. Service can be better. Preferable 90 mins seating limitwhen busier. It's a place where you order and find a place to sit.
