We visited this Mexican restaurant at the Christmas Market with friends, and the festive vibe made the experience even more memorable. The meat in the tacos was incredibly flavorful and tender—definitely a highlight! That said, our server’s constant attempts at joking felt a bit over the top. Overall, it was a great time with amazing food and a cozy holiday atmosphere.

Wow, great atmosphere and amazing food highly recommended the Baja tacos they are simply the best. Start with the guacamole it’s amazing to share as well. Service was great and fast and the atmosphere indoors makes for a great night out. I recommended reservations on a cold night to avoid the wait and also sit indoors during winter times since it gets quite chilly

I came here for drinks with friends. While I’m didn’t eat any food, my friends were absolutely pleased with the portion, taste and presentation of the food. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine and a Spicy Mayan, had the most friendly and bubbly service despite the busy time of night. I’ll definitely be back for atmosphere alone, not to mention it’s a great place to get a margarita. 🫶🏽♥️

We had heard many positive food and atmosphere reviews about El Catrin. We were a group of four visiting the Christmas market from out of town and had made a reservation a month in advance. We walked in and was so impressed with the fun vibe, then we were led to “Table 1”, next to the silverware stand in a completely empty room while there were still quite a few empty tables in the main room. The hostess said they were reserved, when I asked for a ‘better table’ in the empty room she made a face and obliged. The food was very good though! I have attached the pics of our view from the other room at 5:00 on a Friday.

Vibrant and lively atmosphere, perfect for a Saturday night out. The vibe and decor are definitely the highlights here, creating a great setting for a social evening. The food is of good quality, but the menu leans on the pricier side for what you get. While the flavors are decent, they didn’t quite justify the cost in my opinion. The drinks are also a bit expensive, though they’re well-crafted. Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a fun ambiance, but be prepared to spend a fair bit for the experience.

My first time at this restaurant. Just “wow”. The food was so delicious. Very friendly and cozy environment. The waitress was super friendly and helpful. This place is right in the heart of the Distillery and integrates so well with the whole Distillery ‘vide’. If you like Mexican food, you will love this place!
