Had a hotdog each at this cute retro-worn diner after a day at the Royal Botanical Gardens; the non-beef weiners and toppings were good, though next time I will try the sausage. ... Who can say no to a foot long hot-dog 🌭!? This place gets super packed during the summer time so just be prepared in terms of finding a parking spot. Our orders came out quickly! We got the wonder dog and chilli cheese dog, as well as a small poutine (which was generous in size, and perfect to share for two people). Make sure you know your order ahead of time, as those working at the cash were not necessarily happy with you changing or adding to your order. The interior is super cool, and has your old school diner feel! Check it out ✅

A wonderful throw to the past, this hotdog/hamburger place is filled with history and nostalgia. The food is good but people come here for more than just the food, they come for the atmosphere and to support a business that adds color and character to the neighborhood. We took our lunch outside one of the picnic tables strewn around the large and beautiful back yard. It was the perfect spot to grab a bite on a balmy late summer day.

Such a fun and legendary local spot! Features hot dogs, ice cream, onion rings, fries etc. in a kitschy diner-style restaurant lined with signed celebrity headshots, newspaper clippings, vintage bottles, and business cards. They do offer a veggie dog for those who prefer meatless dishes. You can eat indoors or on picnic tables. It’s right beside the Royal Botanical Gardens and could be a great spot for lunch while enjoying the trails or gardens. Hotdogs, fries, and drinks for 2 costs around $25 and portions are large. Would be fun to take folks visiting from far away for uniquely North American cuisine.

Great little place to come for hot dogs, burgers, and malt shop. Lots of different styles of hot dogs. Got the belly Buster. It was not bad! A bit salty and the bun to dogs was not what I expected. Great place to bring the family.

Ah, Easter Brooks, a living relic, a culinary refuge in Burlington. I dropped in recently—compelled by a sudden need for something real, something honest—and as usual, the food hit like a pleasant sledgehammer. Nothing too wild or complicated: basic menu, but done damn well, the kind of place where simplicity becomes art. Service? Impeccable, almost unnervingly efficient. My order was in front of me faster than you’d expect in this world. Each bite—hot dogs, burgers, and shakes—crackled with flavor, a rare shock of satisfaction in a world of soggy mediocrity. It’s an experience, but not the kind that hits you over the head. No, it creeps up on you as you bask in the pure satisfaction of a perfect, no-frills meal. Inside, it's small, almost too small, cramped even, but who cares? They’ve got outdoor seating, a sanctuary for families, wanderers, and lone seekers alike. A place to take in the real world with a dog in hand and grease on your fingers. Burlington’s finest. Get out there. Try it. This joint is a damn treasure.
