Terrible experience. Look at the salad they sent lettuce is wilted and brown tomatos are slimey and they sent the wrong size. Also the family salad includes a bottle of dressing that is 350ml they sent me 3× 40ml packets. Called them repeatedly to make it right and they don't answer their phones. So disappointed

We ordered the family pasta meal with add on veggies from Door Dash. Our dasher was great however the food was not. Fettuccine Alfredo was a congealed pile of noodles with “some” sauce in a pool underneath. Spaghetti and meatballs was ok as was the bread, however the Caesar salad was garbage! See picture of the bowl of lettuce we were served! Also we did not receive the vegetables we ordered and after spending 15 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the store, and getting nowhere…here we are. Would not recommend.

We came here today and it was great! We ordered two pastas and some appetizers. Our server was Zubair and he was very friendly & accommodating. He gave us updates on our food and checked in on us.

Bianca was the name of my server when I went in for a late lunch. She was very pleasant and courteous! She was attentive and frequently checked in to see if I needed anything! She is an asset to your team and I would definitely return back here! Keep up the great service!

East Side Mario's is hands down the best spot in town! Our team had an incredible time on the patio, thanks to the exceptional service from Zane, the owner, who is also an amazing host. Fab took care of us with the best food and created a fantastic vibe. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Had my daughter’s 10th Birthday here. Sam our waitress was absolutely excellent and Jordan the manager was more than accommodating to what we needed. Prices were super for 14 children & 9 adults. They let me go in Friday night to decorate, which was fabulous. Overall an amazing experience today and all the children had a blast!
