Excellent Thai food spot in Toronto! The restaurant is super cozy and has a great welcoming and friendly ambiance. The restaurant is busy, so see if you can make a reservation in advance! My partner and I went around 8:30 pm and only one table was available! The servers are sweet and lovely! Convenient location on Avenue Road.

We had an amazing dining experience at this Thai restaurant! Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I left feeling so satisfied and impressed by the flavors. The calamari was perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor – easily one of the best I’ve had. The mango salad was also fantastic, with a generous amount of filling and a lovely crunch. I really enjoyed the balance of sweet and tangy notes. I tried the lobster Thai meal, and it was a real standout! The creamy coconut milk gravy had a hint of sweetness that complemented the dish perfectly, making it a unique and flavorful experience. The Thai fried chicken was also excellent, with authentic spices and a distinct flavor profile that set it apart from other Thai dishes I’ve tried. Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine Thai flavors with a twist!

I recently dined at Chiang Rai Thai kitchen and had a wonderful experience! The service was outstanding—our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They offered great recommendations that made our meal even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was quite good! The flavors were vibrant, and each dish had a nice balance of spices. I particularly enjoyed the Shrimp Tom Yum, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. Overall, I highly recommend Chiang Rai Thai kitchen for anyone craving delicious Thai cuisine paired with excellent service!

One of the best Thai restaurants in midtown without a doubt. Food is so flavourful and beautifully prepared. Big portions too for the price. Parking is a bit hard to get either on Yonge or on the side street but don’t let that deter you from going! Highly recommend

Ordered from Uber eats twice and everything was good from packaging to the food itself. My now favorite restaurant. Love it!

Chiang Rai is a super good Thai spot that's not talked about enough and luckily, it's conveniently near me. The interior is cute and cozy, tucked in a great spot. It can get pretty busy for dinner, but the service always remains nice and friendly. The papaya salad here is bomb—it rivals my mom's salad with the perfect mix of tart and spicy flavors. The Pad Thai is a bit on the salty side but still delicious and comes in a good portion. The Khao Soi is my favorite—it's spot on here, especially with the eggs, which I really like. The Panaeng curry has a nice balance of sweet and a slight heat; I always get it with Malaysian bread on the side. The pineapple fried rice isn't my favorite dish here as the portion is a bit small, but it's still really good. Honestly, this place isn’t hyped enough, but that's kind of a plus for me so I can always find a seat when I come!

Such an amazing and delicious Thai restaurant! The dishes we tried were soooo flavourful - standout dishes include the Tom Yum Phad Thai, Malaysian Curry, and Mango Sticky Rice! Their Thai milk tea is also so refreshing and just the perfect sweetness. The staff is so nice and friendly too and gave us some great recommendations - can’t wait to come back soon!
